Amazon Tries To Get To The Bottom Of Its Sex Toy Mystery

Amazon says its investigating the X-rated mystery boxes that have been turning up at homes around the US and Canada for the past weeks.

So far, Amazon has had no luck in identifying the naughty Secret Santa. Just last month, a total of 40 individual Amazon items, including a vibrator and a fleshlight, were mailed to students at universities across Canada. Some believe it could be a way of gaming the Amazon review system by creating fake accounts and then giving the product a 5-star review. But Amazon doesn’t think so, and for now is still hot on the heels of the sex toy case.

This Is The Porn People Watched In 2017

Researchers Find Association Between Watching Porn and Less Gray Matter in the Brain

“This is porn. This is your brain on porn. Any questions?” That’s what researchers from the Max Planck Institute for Human Development in Berlin asked in a new study which found that hours spent watching pornography was associated with less gray matter in the brain. For the investigation, scientists recruited 64 healthy males between the ages of 21-45, who mainly said that they did not watch more than four hours of x-rated material per week. Then the researchers scanned the men’s brains using MRI imaging while they watched porn—and the results were pretty shocking.

The study found that the men watching porn not only had a decrease of gray matter volume in their brains, but also had less functioning in the area of the brain used to process motivation. Still, the researchers cannot prove that porn is the direct cause, and they’ve said that they’ll need to conduct further studies before they are able to reach any sort of conclusion. One possible reason could be that excessive stimulation of the reward system altered the brain’s “neural plasticity.” Or perhaps, men with less gray matter in their brains require more stimulation, and find watching porn extremely rewarding. Whatever the reason, researchers will be looking into “your brain on porn” more rigorously in the future.

The Most Graphic Adult Coloring Book For Gay Men

Texas-based artist and illustrator Nathan Rapport wanted to create an X-rated coloring book to help gay men consider their relationship with casual sex. It’s called “Last Night I Dreamt That Somebody Loved Me,” and it was brought to life as a way for the artist to reflect on his promiscuity after a painful breakup. “I knew the concept was very universal, and not specific to queer people, though I was presenting my own personal, very queer experience and perspective,” Rapport told The Huffington Post.

The book presents a variety of ménage à trois scenarios that come out of the artist’s real life experiences with gay group sex. In one image, one guy gets fucked doggy style while giving another guy a blowjob. In another, one guy gets a blowjob as five other guys watch and engage in some ass play. The images all incorporate song lyrics about relationships as a way to juxtapose the erotic images with a heavier, more emotional context. “This was always much more than simply a dirty coloring book with a bunch of naked guys. New HBO Show Shocks With Alleged Sexual Consent Form

While HBO is no stranger to graphic and often boundary-pushing sex scenes, their newest show, Westworld, has the media in a frenzy over its alleged sexual consent form. The form starts by informing the extras that by signing they agree to be “fully nude and/or witness others fully nude and participate in graphic sexual situations.” But from there, it gets much more specific—and strange. The form mentions bizarre stipulations like needing to wear “a pubic hair patch,” “have your genitals painted,” and “contort to form a table-like shape while being fully nude.”

It also requires questionable, x-rated performances involving “genital-to-genital touching,” simulated oral sex “with hand-to-genital touching,” and “pos[ing] on all fours while others who are fully nude ride on your back; [and] ride on someone’s back while you are both fully nude.” And if the actors didn’t get the idea with the extremely detailed list, the form makes clear that the show will contain language and sexual situations “that some may consider personally objectionable or uncomfortable.” HBO has responded to the backlash by saying they did not write or approve the document: “…our actual on-set practices…provide a professional and comfortable working environment for all performers.” To those extras who need the work, that must come as a great relief!
