Women Share X-Rated Books

Women are sharing their X-rated book recommendations with other erotic literature lovers. On TikTok, the #spicybooks has hundreds and thousands of views, and searches using the hashtag surface videos of women sharing sexy books or posting lines from their favorite romance novels. It is a community of women sharing their kinks, fantasies, and favorite erotica.

Similarly, the Facebook group SpicyTok has more than 150,000 members, featuring women constantly posting call-outs for smutty romance recommendations. “Women may be drawn to erotic literature because it offers a safe and private space to explore their sexuality without fear of judgment or social stigma,” sex toy retailer LoveHoney said of the racy trend. “Erotic literature can provide a way to explore sexual fantasies and desires in a way that is not possible in real-life sexual encounters.”

Doctors Say Women Can Experience ‘Blue Vulva’

Men have long complained about “blue balls”— but the phenomenon is not specific to men. Women can also suffer “blue vulva” after sex, according to a urologist. And it is all down to a rush of blood to the genitals during arousal, which causes an uncomfortable feeling for both men and women.

Speaking on her YouTube channel, which she uses to dispel medical disinformation, an associate professor of surgery at the University of Maryland, said “blue vulva” occurs when women are “aroused and don’t achieve climax.” The urologist explains that as blood vessels narrow in the vulva, uterus, and ovaries, this blood build-up can cause an uncomfortable heaviness. Thankfully, it’s not dangerous.

‘Sex Giantess’ Rakes In $245K

A “sex giantess” is raking in giant stacks of cash. The 6-foot, 1-inch kinkster has taken her career to new heights, making a whopping $245,000 through tapping into “sex giantess” fetishes. “There is a massive fetish out there for tall women,” she explained. “I make a lot of money through tips and requests on giantess content.”

The kinky content creator revealed that she often gets role-play requests from paying subscribers that revolve around her height. “The most popular are custom role-playing videos where I am growing and they are shrinking,” she said, adding, “They want to be kept in my shoe, boobs or bum most of the time.” It seems that all the kinky attention has “grown my confidence” (no pun intended).

Women Have Time For Sex But Not Always Orgasms

Women are less likely to pursue orgasms if they are under a time constraint or have a selfish partner, according to a Rutgers University-led study. “There are contextual, societal and personal factors that likely create barriers that prevent women from feeling able to actively pursue orgasm,” said a Rutgers social psychology doctoral student who advocates for “orgasm equality” on Instagram, where she has more than 21,000 followers. According to the study, published in the Journal of Sex Research, women use cues and adjust their pursuit of an orgasm in each sexual encounter.

In a series of experiments, researchers had heterosexual women imagine themselves in a sexual scenario and consider how much time they had or how selfish their partner seemed—afterward, the subjects reported their outcomes based on how strongly they would go after an orgasm and how likely they would be to have one. The study indicated women who pursue orgasm as a goal are more likely to reach climax. Researchers suggested that men should tell their female partners that they want their pleasure to be a priority, without putting pressure on their partners to orgasm.

Pilates Enhances Women’s Sex Lives, Study Says

It seems Pilates has amazing benefits on and off the yoga mat—according to a new study, it can work wonders for women’s sex lives. Researchers studied women aged 20 to 50 who were experiencing a loss of libido. The women were enrolled in a 12-week program of Pilates, attending 60-minute classes twice a week and answering detailed sexual questions covering arousal, lubrication, orgasm and comfort.

The study, published in the journal Revista Internacional de Andrologia, found that women’s sexual function scores improved by 143 percent on average after the program. Lead author from Sakarya University in Turkey said Pilates may improve sexual function due to its physiological and psychological benefits. Let’s get physical!

Women Can Have 3 Types Of Orgasms, Study Finds

The saying “good things always come in threes” has been proven correct by scientists—for women’s orgasms, anyway. A male professor known globally as the “the vagina scientist” has found that women orgasm in three distinct ways. The most common type of orgasm is called “the wave,” where women reach climax through waves of tension and release via the pelvic floor muscles.

The second type of orgasm is dubbed “an avalanche”—women who experience this type of orgasm usually have higher tension in their pelvic floor which suddenly lowers when they come. Meanwhile, the third type of orgasm is a “volcano,” as it sees the pelvic floor stay steady at a lower tension before suddenly “exploding” at climax. The scientists plan to use the dirty data to conduct larger scale studies on the female orgasm.

Anal Sex Taboos Put Generation Of Women At Risk, Doctors Say

Straight women are leaning in to anal sex–or should we say bending over? The most recent statistics provided by the Centers for Disease Control and the National Center for Health Statistics showed that more than a third—35%—of women aged 15 to 49 have tried anal sex with a male partner. A similar survey of 880 “sexually active adults” showed that 70% of women have tried anal sex at least once.

In the spirit of a new age of sexual exploration and health awareness, doctors published an editorial urging more clinicians to talk to women about engaging in anal sex. “Clinicians may shy away from these discussions, influenced by society’s taboos,” wrote the doctors with the UK’s National Health System, adding “By avoiding these discussions, we may be failing a generation of young women, who are unaware of the risks.” Physicians and healthcare workers, especially those in primary care and family medicine, “have a duty to acknowledge changes in society around anal sex in young women, and to meet these changes with open neutral and non-judgemental conversations to ensure that all women have the information they need to make informed choices about sex,” they wrote.

More Women Than Men Turned On By ‘Aggressive’ Porn, Study Finds

A new study proves more women than men enjoy watching “aggressive” porn—dispelling myths about what each gender likes when it comes to XXX. The study, published in the Archives of Sexual Behavior, found that “those who did say that they enjoyed displays of aggression, including rougher aggression, somewhat surprisingly women were a majority.” One of the study’s researchers explained, “Women were more likely to report being aroused by aggression, actively seeking aggression and wanting to see more aggression in mainstream pornography.”

After exploring 122 anonymous porn users’ preferences, the study found over half of all viewers, 53%, liked at least a little bit of aggression in porn—breaking down to 66% of women and 40% of men. Women, too, were more likely to go for “harder” expressions of aggression in porn and to seek it more than men, with themes such as bondage, discipline, dominance, submission and sadomasochism. “Very little attention has been given … to female viewers, their preferences and their desires,” a researcher said. “I noticed that much of the literature talked about aggression in mainstream pornography as a growing phenomenon (my findings show that this is not the case), claiming that this is driven by men’s desires for domination over women.”

Four Hours Of Exercise A Week Boosts Women’s Sex Lives, Study Says

Four hours of exercise a week can work wonders for a woman’s sex life, research shows. Scientists found it boosted arousal and increased the chances of orgasm. Regular physical activity is known to reduce the risk of erection problems in men, so Italian researchers wanted to see if there were similar effects in women, recruiting 322 women mostly in their mid-forties for the study.

The women were asked about their sex drive and how much they exercised, and had ultrasound scans to measure blood flow to the clitoris. The results, published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine, showed those doing less than one hour a week of activity had high levels of sexual dysfunction—and those doing more than six hours a week had even worse sex lives. Those averaging four to six hours weekly—or 35 to 50 minutes a day—had the best chance of being sexually fulfilled.

Abbie Chatfield Reveals She Prefers Sex With Women

Fans of former Bachelor star Abbie Chatfield shouldn’t be surprised to hear she’s once again gotten candid about her sex life. Abbie—who famously admitted to going on a “dick spree” after being dumped on the season finale of The Bachelor—was more than happy to indulge in a very X-rated chat while on a radio show to promote her sex toy collaboration with Vush. Unfortunately, Abbie was banned from giving a demonstration of her sex toy on air, as it would breach commercial radio broadcasting guidelines.

Abbie revealed as a “queer” woman she prefers sex with other females: “I’ve had amazing sex with both, but women, for sure [are better],” she said. Abbie added: “I think women are slower to burn and they’re softer and they’re just a bit more considered.” She also said she’d previously enjoyed a threesome with both a male and female partner, and that she stopped counting sex partners after 50.
