Eric Dickerson Says Having Pregame Sex Led Him To NFL Record

The former running back recently appeared on “Green Light with Chris Long,” where he talked about his pregame routine the day he broke the record in 1984.

“That night, that morning man, we had sex,” he shared. “I mean early, like a couple hours before the game.” Dickerson also recalled his partner stating, “Man, you’re going to be tired.” Dickerson responded with a laugh, “I said, ‘I’m not gonna be tired.’ I’ll never forget that. And I had 215 yards that day, so I wasn’t tired.”
