While the app has access to the phone’s microphone and camera, it’s not supposed to constantly record users’ sexy times without their permission. A Lovense spokesperson assured anxious users that the recording was caused by a “minor bug,” saying, “rest assured, no information or data is sent to our servers.” Let’s hope so—We-Vibe was recently ordered to pay out $3.15 million to customers for tracking their sexual activity without their knowledge.
