Take Care of Yourself Tuesday: Change the Routine

Self-care isn’t always about indulgence…it’s about curiosity, variety, and keeping life fun. Break the routine, refresh your energy, and rediscover what makes your work and play exciting with small, playful changes.

Self-care doesn’t have to be emotional or indulgent.  Sometimes it’s just doing something different to keep things fun, light, and interesting for you.

This is about curiosity, variety, and keeping your work feeling playful instead of repetitive.

Routine is overrated.

Consistency is great, until it starts feeling stale. Real self-care is breaking the pattern just enough to keep things exciting… for you and for the people who adore you.

Routine can drain creativity and energy. Switching it up, even in small ways, brings curiosity back into the experience and reminds you why you enjoy this in the first place.

This isn’t about fixing anything. It’s about refreshing.

NiteFlirt makes switching it up easy.

“Normal People” Producer Calls Out Pornhub For Pirating Sex Scenes

“Normal People’s” sex scenes are so arousing they ended up on Pornhub. They are so hot that one journalist said you should watch the series with a vibrator. The show even has an on-set intimacy coordinator to choreograph the sex moves—so it wasn’t a huge shock when a 22-minute compilation of the action popped up on Pornhub.

“Normal People’s” executive producer expressed his disappointment to Variety, saying, “We’re hugely disappointed that excerpts from the series of ‘Normal People’ have been used in this way.” In a statement to Variety, Pornhub’s vice president said, “Pornhub is fully compliant with the law. We respect all copyright requests and as soon as we become aware of the existence of these types of videos on our site, we have them removed.” Still, the question remains: is Hulu the next Pornhub?

U.K. Adults May Have To Buy ‘Porn Passes’

Screen Shot 2016-07-08 at 1.35.36 AMAdults in the United Kingdom might need to buy more than just cigarettes and condoms at their local corner store…if they want to watch porn, that is. New age verification laws set to be implemented later this year would require anyone who wants to view pornographic websites to buy a “porn pass” from the corner store. The U.K. is cracking down on underage porn watching, which is why it wants to require the estimated 25 million citizens who regularly visit adult websites to prove they’re not underage.

These passes will cost around $14. To prove their age, buyers will have to present a passport or driver’s license to the shopkeeper. “A wide variety of online age verification solutions exist, or are in development, and they will have to abide by these high standards,” said a spokesperson. Way to live up to your stuffy, prudish stereotype, the U.K.

Want to celebrate your freedom to access adult entertainment? That’s what we’re here for on NiteFlirt!
