The person in charge of filtering these messages for the Vikings claimed they didn’t know who Johnny Sins is…

Astronomer Locked Out Of Twitter After Video Of Meteor Was Mistaken For Porn

An astronomer claims she has been locked out of her Twitter account since August after her video of a meteor shower was mistaken for explicit content by the social media giant’s moderation bots. The woman made a six-second animated video clip of the Perseid meteor shower but was locked out after it was flagged to have broken rules for containing “intimate content without the consent of the participant.” She said she will only be allowed back on to the platform if she deletes the tweet and ticks a box to acknowledge that she broke rules, which she disputes.

“I don’t really want it on my record that I have been sharing pornographic material when I haven’t,” she said. “I must have gone through the appeals process as many times as I can,” she continued. She isn’t the first user frustrated with Twitter after getting the X-rated flag for SFW material: “We found an online contact form on the help page, I must have contacted them eight times now, and I just get nothing.”

Sex Workers Say Wells Fargo Shut Their Bank Accounts

Sex workers took to Twitter to slam Wells Fargo for inexplicably terminating their bank accounts. An adult performer who is also the president of the Adult Performance Artists’ Guild (APAG) said in a tearful Twitter video: “I don’t bounce checks, I’ve never done anything bad with my bank account, I don’t have fraud alerts or do chargebacks.” She read a letter that she received from Wells Fargo informing her that after a 30-year banking relationship, her account would be discontinued.

How am I supposed to get paid?” In the letter, the bank stated that it “performs ongoing reviews of its account relationships in connection with the Bank’s responsibilities to manage risks in its banking operations.” Many other high-profile sex workers—including a married couple who jointly run the Las Vegas-based pornographic production company YummyGirl Studios—also told Rolling Stone magazine that they, too, were informed by Wells Fargo that their account would be decommissioned.
