Trump Praises Antonin Scalia’s Sex Life At Medal Of Freedom Ceremony

In a release for the ceremony, Trump said Scalia was “one of the greatest Supreme Court justices in American history” who “never backed down from the bedrock proposition that the Constitution ‘means and will always mean what it meant when it was adopted.’” But what Trump really wanted to honor was how Scalia made the bed rock.

While reading the names of Scalia’s nine children, he turned to Scalia’s wife. “You were very busy, wow,” the president said. “Wow. I always knew I liked him.” As Daily Dot says, “The late Antonin Scalia: Supreme Court Justice, Presidential Medal of Freedom recipient, and person who the president is proud of for fucking a lot.” God bless America!

India Finally Legalizes Gay Sex

India scrapped a colonial-era ban on gay sex in a new landmark Supreme Court ruling. Gay sex is considered taboo by many in socially conservative India, and had previously been punishable by up to 10 years in jail. But a five-judge bench in India’s Supreme Court was unanimous in overturning the ban recently.

The bigoted law held that sex between members of the same sex was “against the order of nature.” Five petitioners challenged the law on the grounds that it was discriminatory since it unfairly prosecutes consenting adults. “Any consensual sexual relationship between two consenting adults – homosexuals, heterosexuals or lesbians – cannot be said to be unconstitutional,” said the Chief Justice of India as he read out the judgement to cheering citizens. Congrats, India: at last, love wins!

Italy’s Supreme Court Rules Public Masturbation Is Not a Crime

It seems Italy isn’t embarrassed to bring self-love into the public sphere. The country’s highest court has ruled that masturbation in public is not a crime, as long as you’re not getting off in the presence of minors. The decision came from the Italian Supreme Court after overturning a case involving a 69-year-old man who was caught masturbating in public.

“The man was convicted in May 2015 after he performed the act in front of students on the University of Catania campus, according to documents filed with Supreme Court,” reports CNN. The man’s lawyer appealed the conviction on the grounds that public masturbation out of the presence of minors was decriminalized last year. The man ended up with just a fine, not prison, since the criminal code only calls for imprisonment of up to four-and-a-half years if the act is witnessed by a minor. Maybe Italy will become a tourist destination for exhibitionists?
