Porn Star Gigi Dior Hit By Lawsuit From Christian Dior

Porn star Gigi Dior—known for adult movies about “hot MILFs”—trademarked her stage name, but not everyone is happy about it. French fashion house Christian Dior Couture has filed a legal claim asking to overturn the trademark, saying she is damaging its business. “This is ridiculous, my name has nothing to do with couture and—the funny part is—what I do usually involves wearing no clothes at all,” Gigi said.

The fashion house states its grounds for opposing Gigi’s trademark, including, “Priority and likelihood of confusion, dilution by blurring and dilution by tarnishment.” Gigi has appeared in seven porn flicks, along with many online videos, does webcamming and has been nominated for “Milf of the Year” by the Cam Awards. “I have thousands and thousands of T-shirts, signs and photographs. I have retained websites, all of my social media. I’d have to start again, it’s going to be a huge undertaking if I lose this name,” she said.

Man Sues His Parents For Throwing Out His Massive Porn Collection

Image Source: Pixland via Getty Images A man is suing his parents for $86,000 for throwing out his porn collection allegedly worth $29,000. The son had a falling out with his parents and was asked to leave their home, but when he went to collect his things, he says he noticed the valuable porn collection was missing. He says the collection containing more than 12 moving boxes full of movies and two boxes of sex toys had been destroyed.

According to court documents, his dad admitted to trashing his porn collection, saying in an email “Believe it or not, one reason for why I destroyed your porn was for your own mental and emotional health.” His dad also alleges his son was kicked out of high school and college for selling porn to other students, adding in court documents: “I also warned you at that time if I ever found pornography in my house again, I would destroy it.” The porn collector sent the court over 44 emails listing movies he says were destroyed—but prosecutors refused to press charges.
