Man Wins Lawsuit Against Parents For Throwing Out His Porn Collection

A man has won a lawsuit against his parents for getting rid of his pornography collection worth $25,000. The forty-something-year-old sued his parents after they threw out “a trove of pornography and an array of sex toys” from their home in Grand Haven, Michigan. The parents must now pay damages to their son for an amount which is yet to be determined.

The man kept a detailed record of how much money he spent on the porn, most of which was from the 80s and 90s. He listed more than 400 VHS tapes and 1,600 DVDs that he said they had thrown out. He is now demanding triple that amount as punishment for “wanton destruction of property,” which included over twelve moving boxes of vintage porn.

Meet The Gardener Turned Pornographer On ‘Generation Porn’

Image: Screencapture: Zoomin.tvA UK show called “Generation Porn” introduced a former gardener turned full-time pornographer who expects to make $50-60 thousand dollars a month with his adult content. He travels across the UK in search of beautiful women willing to star in X-rated, amateur videos. His porn brand has brought him 5.2k viewers, with his most popular videos featuring brand new performers who have never been seen doing porn before.

In three years, he’s uploaded more than one hundred videos to a website that allows anyone to sell homemade porn direct to online customers. “I create a product that a lot of people enjoy. It’s a fantasy thing,” he said. “Men genuinely are interested in having sex with beautiful women. Men just think that way, it’s just the way the world is and they can vicariously live through me.”

Porn Age Verification Plans Are Being Put On Hold In The UK, Again

Image Source: Pixland via Getty Images The porn age verification system in the UK—which was supposed to start on July 15th—has been “indefinitely delayed.” It seems the system’s legal basis was apparently undermined by the government’s Department for Digital, Culture, Media, & Sport (DCMS) failing to inform the European Commission. Back in 2017, an age verification system was passed for people wanting to access porn websites, but it quickly attracted the concern of privacy campaigners worried about millions of people having to hand over potentially sensitive data.

“It might lead to people being outed,” said the executive director for privacy campaign group Open Rights Group. “It could also be you’re a teacher with an unusual sexual preference and your pupils get to know that as a result of a leak. It won’t get you sacked for viewing something legal but it could destroy your reputation.” Ultimately, the government agreed, issuing a statement saying, “While it’s very embarrassing to delay age verification for the third time, this is an opportunity for the Government to address the many problems that this ill-thought through policy poses.”

Young Women Who Watch A Lot Of Porn Are Less Likely To Enjoy Sex

img_5939A new study published in the Journal of Women’s Health found that college-age straight women who watch a lot of porn are more likely to feel insecure during sex—and enjoy it less as a result. Researchers discovered a direct link between thinking about porn during sex and insecurities. And the findings also showed that the more women used porn for self-pleasure, the more likely they were to think about it during sex.

“In other words, pornography use for women is associated with increased thoughts of pornography during sexual encounters. And increased pornography thoughts is associated with increased appearance insecurity and decreased enjoyment of intimate acts during sex,” reports NY Post. One of the study’s researchers adds, “Women with higher rates of viewing pornography were more likely to experience thoughts about pornography during sex with a partner, rely on those thoughts to obtain or maintain excitement, or report a preference for pornography over sex with a partner.” When watching porn goes wrong…

Ordinary Moms Make Alternative Porn On British Docu-Series

img_5939There’s a new three-part British show, Mums Make Porn, that’s about, well, moms making porn. But these aren’t your run-of-the-mill MILFs—these are ordinary mothers making alternative porn for their kids to watch. The show seeks to answer the question, “If you can’t stop the next generation watching porn, what would their parents rather they watch?”

Throughout the docu-series, the mothers visit hardcore adult film sets and work with porn stars to learn about the mainstream pornography that their kids are inevitably watching. Some of the moms don’t even know what bukkake is: “Sounds like a nice cocktail,” says one. But ultimately, the aim of the show is to make a groundbreaking, pornographic masterpiece that will show what educational, teen-friendly porn might look like.

Church Funded Study Finds 76% Of Young Christians Watch Porn

15929936930_14a78eca47_mA new study funded by well-known evangelist Josh McDowell had Christians saying “OMG!” He commissioned the study to expose the “pervasiveness of pornography in the church and among Christians,” but the results went far beyond anything he could have imagined. According to McDowell “pornography has infiltrated the church, especially among young adults.” Apparently, McDowell is a bit slow to learn what basically everyone alive already knows—that young people love to masturbate!

“Of young adults 18-24 years old, 76 percent actively—and these are Christians—actively seek out porn,” McDowell lamented to a local news station. As a result of the study, McDowell is now putting together a conference for Christian leaders to discuss the problem of internet pornography. Maybe they should just look at the statistics—“Of 13- to 24-year-olds, 96 percent would say that when they talk to someone about porn—their friends, which most of them are Christians now—they do it in either a neutral, positive or encouraging way”—and face the facts: nothing’s going to “Save” people from jerking off!

Utah Declares a War On Porn

nopornCongratulations, Utah—you’ve just become the first state in the US to formally declare pornography a “public health crisis.” It’s true. The state’s Senate recently passed an unanimous resolution to crack down on pornography and the “sexually toxic environment” that it perpetuates. Though the resolution didn’t pass any laws, it aims to address “the pornography epidemic that is harming the citizens of Utah and the nation.”

State Senator Todd Weiler recently told Vice that porn is addictive and harmful, and that its consumption “can impact brain development and functioning, contribute to emotional and medical illnesses, and shape deviant sexual arousal.” Utah is a very religious state—60 percent of its residents identify as Mormon—which explains the public condemnation of porn as a “fatal epidemic; like a moral plague.” Many critics are calling Utah out for hypocrisy: the state teaches “abstinence only” in schools, and doesn’t include contraception education in its curriculum, which could account for the high STD rate among teenagers. As studies have shown, when you make sex taboo and shameful, it only fuels sexually risky behavior—maybe it’s time for Utah to include sex-ed in its schools before scapegoating porn for its problems.
