Pornhub has a new parody site featuring filthy content—literally. Scrubhub is a collection of satirical handwashing videos featuring both everyday people and Pornhub models like Asa Akira, Danika Mori, and June Liu. The site’s purpose is to emphasize the importance of hand-washing with lightness and humor.

“Cleanest Porn Ever” is a campaign driven by Pornhub’s Model Program community featuring instructional videos from performers all around the world. The Vice President of Pornhub said in a press release: “We thought this presented a unique opportunity for Pornhub to bring some joy to something that has become so mundane and repetitive.” Musicians, comedians and the like will also be featured washing their dirty hands twice daily on the site.

Pornhub Gives NYC Health Care Workers 50k Masks And Free Porn

Pornhub’s stars may not always use protection, but it wants to help first responders get some during the coronavirus crisis. The porn mega-site has donated 50,000 surgical masks to New York health care workers while opening up its massive porn library for free. It’s all part of Pornhub’s “COVID-19 relief efforts,” which involve donations to organizations at the frontline of fighting the pandemic and incentiving staying at home with free porn.

Pornhub’s Premium service, which normally costs $9.99 a month, will be free worldwide for the next 30 days to encourage people to stay inside and stem the spread of the virus, the company said. That means porn lovers can get their fix of coronavirus-themed skin flicks at no extra cost, including in locked-down countries such as Italy and France. “With nearly one billion people in lockdown across the world because of the coronavirus pandemic, it’s important that we lend a hand and provide them with an enjoyable way to pass the time,” Pornhub said.

Pornhub To Release First Non-Porn Movie

Pornhub is releasing its first ever non-adult film in hopes of expanding audiences and diversifying its content. The movie is a documentary called “Shakedown” about the queer women and men who populated the lesbian strip club scene in Los Angeles in the early aughts. The film’s director was intrigued by Pornhub since she’s specifically hoping to engage Pornhub’s female users.

Pornhub says, “This film is part of a larger general commitment Pornhub has to supporting the arts. We want to be seen as a platform that artists and creators can use.” Repped by distributor Grasshopper, the movie will stream on Pornhub for free for the entire month of March before hitting broadcast on the Criterion Channel, and, finally, the iTunes store by summer. Pornhub adds, “We’ve seen artists in general upload content to the site, that might not have a home at places like YouTube or Vimeo, who don’t permit nudity. For us, premiering a feature length film is a first. We’re very excited about it.”

Global Sex Toy Sales Surge Because Of Coronavirus

First Pornhub gave premium access to people in Italy quarantined for the coronavirus, and now sex toy sales are booming due to the pandemic. Adult toy brand Womanizer said projections it made for sales are “well above average,” mainly in areas largely affected by the virus. In Italy sex toy purchases are trending 60 per cent above the forecast; in France it’s 40 per cent; in Canada it’s 135 per cent. In the United States it’s 75 per cent, and Hong Kong it’s 71 per cent.

The brand’s top seller is the Womanizer Premium which will allow for women to masturbate more often, particularly if they have less access to their partner due to quarantine. “We-Vibe Chorus is already low in stock as people have shown increased interest during this time,’ Head of Sexual Empowerment at Womanizer said. “This could be due to the fact that the We-Connect app allows partners to control vibrations remotely, or for couples who are in work from home conditions together.”

Viral Video Shows Teen Playing Pornhub Theme At School Talent Show

An adventurous teen showed off his talent in front of his entire school by playing the intro to all the Pornhub community videos. Deaf Man Sues Pornhub Over Lack Of Closed Captioning

A deaf man doesn’t like the way Pornhub is fucking him… out of closed captioning. He filed a class-action lawsuit alleging the porn site is in violation of federal law under the Americans with Disabilities Act because the deaf and hearing-impaired can’t understand the audio portion of the skin flicks. As part of MindGeek, Pornhub makes up one of several adult websites in the company’s network, along with YouPorn and RedTube, which also are named in the lawsuit.

In the lawsuit, the man alleges he could not enjoy closed captioning on a variety of videos he tried to watch on the three sites, including “Hot Step Aunt Babysits Disobedient Nephew – Sofi Ryan – Family Therapy,” “Sexy Cop Gets Witness To Talk,” “A – – – Lesbian Action and Dirty Talk” and “18 YO Blonde Stripper Samantha DP In Homemade Gangbang Porn.” The lawsuit says, “The websites are ‘places of public accommodation’ which deny equal access to their video content which is available to hearing individuals and violates the ADA.” To make matters worse, the man pays for a premium subscription on Pornhub, which hosts millions of adult videos.

Streamers Dominated Pornhub Searches In 2019

According to Pornhub, international attention has shifted from film and television stars to YouTubers and other social media influencers. Streamer Belle Delphine, a prominent YouTuber who announced plans to launch her own Pornhub channel, was the most-searched on the platform. She beat out Kim Kardashian, Ariana Grande, and even Kylie Jenner for the top search spot.

According to Pornhub’s data, “watching Belle consume an actual cream pie was still sexy enough to gain her millions of views and 30.9 million searches.” Searches for Delphine came close to 31 million, while Kardashian only racked up 18 million searches, and Cardi B had nearly 12 million searches. Delphine wasn’t the only streamer users were searching on Pornhub: popular social media personalities Lena the Plug, SSSniperWolf, Tana Mongeau, and even PewDiePie were prominently featured.

Apex Legends Became A Major Porn Search In 2019

Pornhub revealed in its annual “year in review” report that Apex Legends became a major contender among video game-related searches. After the game’s release on February 6, searches began to quickly rise as the first-person shooter’s popularity surged. “On February 6th we found just 800 searches for Apex Legends,” Pornhub writes. “A week later searches exceeded 10,000 per day…”

The battle royale game peaked with a massive 357,701 searches in a single day—twice as high as those for Fortnite, one of the most popular games of the year. Pornhub also notes that some of the more frequent searches related to Apex Legends include “Apex Legends porn,” “Apex Legends hentai,” and “Apex legends Wraith.” Although Apex Legends was a break out star in 2019, Overwatch was crowned the most popular game, while Fortnite came in at second.

PayPal Pulls Out Of Pornhub

PayPal has pulled support for adult performers’ payouts on Pornhub, abruptly screwing (no pun intended) sex workers out of getting their payments in a timely and efficient way. The porn site broke the news on Twitter, saying “URGENT: PayPal has stopped all Pornhub model payouts.” In a follow-up post Pornhub wrote, “We sincerely apologize if this causes any [payout] delays and we will have staff working around the clock to make sure all payouts are processed as fast as possible on the new payment methods.”

Pornhub added, “Decisions like that of PayPal and other major companies do nothing but harm efforts to end discrimination and stigma towards sex workers.” Sex workers weren’t particularly shocked, given PayPal’s reputation for discrimination against adult performers, providers, and adult content creators as a whole. The move once again signals PayPal further stigmatizing sex workers. Way to leave sex workers high and dry, PayPal…
