Having Regular Sex Adds Ten Years To Your Life

adult-1822413_640A Harvard University study confirms what we’ve long ago guessed: sex is the key to a long and happy life. The study identified five key habits that could potentially add a decade to life expectancy, including eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly, drinking moderately and, of course, fucking. “A study of 918 men in the Welsh town of Caerphilly between 1979 and 1993 found those who made love twice a week had a 50 per cent reduced risk of death compared to those who had sex less than once a month,” reports Daily Mail.

Researchers also found that a man who has 350 orgasms a year lives an average of four years longer than a man who only cums a quarter of that. Other research has found that women who have regular sex have longer telomeres, a DNA component that indicates a longer the lifespan. “Sex raises levels of the feelgood hormone oxytocin and dehydroepiandrosterone, which reduces stress, and increases levels of infection-fighting immunoglobulins in the blood,” researchers add.

Porn Stars Play ‘Never Have I Ever’

readingIf you’ve ever wondered what porn stars haven’t done, this is your chance to find out. A new BuzzFeed video asks porn stars to play a naughty little game of “never have I ever” (watch below). To the question “never have I ever faked an orgasm,” not surprisingly, every one of the six adult performers said “I have.”

When asked “never have I ever gotten off to scenes I’m in,” almost all of them said “I have”: one confessed, “Definitely! All the time!” Tori Black even admitted that she often “needs to masturbate” when editing her scenes. Almost everyone admitted “I have” to the question “never have I ever lied about my job,” with one male adult performer saying he actually makes furniture on the side, so he just says “I work in wood. Technically, it’s not a lie.”

Electric Shock Gives Women Better Orgasms, Study Shows

Image Source: Flickr.com | WillVisionIf you’re looking for a libido boost, it seems a good zap on the ankle might just be what you need. A promising new study suggests that electrode stimulation could help women with a diminished sex drive. The test subjects involved in the study either received a zap near the tibial nerve on one of their ankles, or in their genital area.

Eight of the women—or 50 percent—revealed they found it easier to get aroused, had more natural lubrication and had more intense orgasms after the zapping. One woman told the research team: “I’m not 100 per cent back to the way I was, but I can have orgasms again and they are pretty good ones.” Ankle stimulation works because nerves that travel down to the foot overlap near the spinal cord with those that head to the pelvic organs. Here’s hoping a good buzz can help women get off!

Lesbians Do It Better

best_phone_sex_niteflirt_lesbiansLesbians are having better sex than straight women, according to a new UK study. The study confirmed previous findings that there’s a high rate of sexual dissatisfaction among heterosexual women. Researchers started with this question, “Do lesbians have better sex than heterosexual women?” and then immediately, and orgasmically, answered: “Yes. Yes. Oh my God, yes!”

The study reported that women were 32 percent more likely to orgasm with another woman than with a man. Two major studies already reported an orgasm divide among lesbians and straight women, finding that lesbians cum 75 percent of the time during sex, compared to heterosexual women who only cum 61 percent of the time. Researchers encourage straight women to fuck like lesbians, which means “more varied sexual behaviors and more self-focused orgasm goals [to] increase the likelihood that women will orgasm.” In other words, women should focus on their own pleasure and figure out what really gets them hot—with men or women!

Sex Robots May Soon Be Able To Turn Down Sex

best_phone_sex_niteflirt_robotThe inventor of the sex robot “Samantha” is now working on a version of the bot with the ability to say no. That is, she can switch into an unresponsive “dummy mode” if she’s not in the mood. Samantha has under-skin sensors that may soon be able to detect when she’s being touched in a disrespectful or overly aggressive way, or if she is simply bored.

If Samantha’s not into it, she’d become just a regular sex doll without AI, touch-sensitive capabilities. Right now, she can operate in one of two different modes: In sex mode, the robot enables a sensor-filled G-spot to simulate an orgasm. Samantha also, interestingly, has a family mode in which it can tell jokes or spout motivational quotes. Samantha’s creator credits her with saving his marriage, and plans to make an AI male sexbot in the not-too-distant future.

Adventurous Women Are Getting Their Pussies Stoned Before Sex

PinkPussyPaige04While combining cannabis and sex is nothing new, there’s now a new way to do it: cannabis for the pussy. Instead of smoking marijuana to relax before sex, more women are actually using cannabis sprays and creams applied directly to their pussies. Many claim the substance relaxes their vaginal muscles while providing “warmth and comfort,” leading to better and more intense orgasms.

“Cannasexuals” use cannabis products, often the non-psychoactive styles, in the bedroom to enhance sexual pleasure. Instead of getting high, cannasexuals are using cannabidiol to relax their muscles before sex. “I know that cannabis in itself can really help relax the nervous system, which is the gateway to experiencing pleasure,” one sexpert said. Though there hasn’t been much research on cannabis oils for lady parts, many women are saying it really helps keep sex mind-blowing.

This Sex Position Is Proven To Get Women Off

If you want to take your sex life from good to great, there’s one sex position you need to know about. Sex therapists call it CAT, or “coital alignment technique,” which is a tried-and-true way to get women off and increase pleasure for both partners. CAT is a modified version of missionary, where the man rides a little higher, sliding his body up an inch or two so the base of his dick rubs against the woman’s clit.

“In one study of women who were unable to orgasm from missionary sex, published in the Journal of Sex and Marital Therapy, those who learned the CAT reported a 56 percent increase in their orgasm frequency,” reports HuffPost. Sexperts say that CAT is a game-changer since most women can’t cum from penetration alone and need clitoral stimulation to get off. It works by positioning the man’s pelvis to be directly on top of the woman’s, which makes the shaft provide extra pleasurable friction against the vulva and clit with every stroke and grind. “An extra benefit is that this may also help men last longer since they don’t experience the same heightened arousal that fast, deep thrusting provides,” explains a sexpert.

Maggie Gyllenhaal Fought To Have A Woman Masturbate And Come On TV

Maggie-Gyllenhaal-Talks-Orgasm-Discovery-VideoMaggie Gyllenhaal fought hard to make sure a female masturbation scene was included in an episode of HBO’s The Deuce. During a roundtable discussion conducted by The Hollywood Reporter featuring Angela Bassett, Claire Foy, Elisabeth Moss, Thandie Newton and Sandra Oh, Maggie Gyllenhaal was asked about her role as a producer on The Deuce. Gyllenhaal shared a story about insisting that a scene in which her character masturbates—and comes—not be cut from the episode.

Since there’s so much “fake orgasming” in the show to demonstrate the performative, transactional nature of being a sex worker, Gyllenhaal said she told “David Simon, the man running our show, ‘I think you need to see a real feminine orgasm in order to show the contrast and to show that these are performative. It will illuminate the misogyny and the performance and all that stuff.’” The scene shows Gyllenhaal’s character having sex with somebody she actually wants to sleep with, but when he doesn’t make her come, she “turns over and makes herself come.” When the scene was cut, Gyllenhaal said she ended up writing “a dissertation by email” to her fellow producers and asking, “Where is the orgasm?” As Sandra Oh said, “That’s fantastic. Such a great win.”

Guys, Masturbating Is Really Good For You

screen-shot-2016-10-11-at-4-54-43-pm-2Good news, guys: we have even more reasons for you to keep jerking off! A new study shows masturbating can make you a better lover and boost your orgasms. On top of the proven health benefits such as better sleep, self-esteem, and stress relief, men who masturbate weekly are 10 percent more confident in their sexual performance, research from sex toy company Tenga found.

Tenga also found that 12 percent of men who indulge in self-love have a better quality orgasm. Researchers speculate that this is because regular masturbators take the time to explore their erogenous zones and preferred stimulation techniques, which leads to more self-aware, exciting and creative partnered sex. “By encouraging people to be more open with their emotions, and sexual preferences, Tenga hopes to elevate the conversation around masturbation to create more fun and beneficial sexual experience,” Tenga says.

Faking An Orgasm Can Make You Have A Real One, Study Says

best_phone_sex_niteflirt_orgasms8You’ve heard the expression “fake it till you make it,” but would you believe that term applies to orgasms? According to new research from Journal of Sexual Archives, faking an orgasm can actually lead to having a real one. One reason is that when women pretend to cum, their partner becomes more excited, which actually leads the woman to become more excited too.

Researchers are chalking the phenomenon up to “elevated arousal,” which basically means that if you act out what you want to happen, sometimes it will. In other words, by reenacting an orgasm—heavy breathing, excited noises, body movements—you can help yourself to actually cum. As Daily Mail explains, “The theory behind this holds that by acting a certain way, the brain—or in this instance, the body—will follow.”
