Study Finds Women Have Better Sex With Their Husbands Than Random Partners

pumpkinWomen have better sex with their husbands than one-night stands, a new study has revealed. The study by Florida University shows women are more likely to attain orgasm and be satisfied with their long-term partners than with a random fling. More than 1,000 women aged 18 to 71 were asked about their sex lives in the past year, and women in long-term relationships averaged 15 percent more orgasms than those who weren’t.

They also rated their sexual satisfaction as 10 percent higher than single women. In the Journal of Sex Research, lead scientist said: “On average, women experienced greater sexual outcomes in committed sex compared to casual sex.” They add, “Possible explanations are women need more sophisticated touching than just standard intercourse to reach climax.”

Farmers Have More Sex Than Any Other Profession

hung-like-horseOld McDonald had a farm, e-i-e-i-ohhhh. According to a new study, farmers have the most sex out of any other profession—with a third getting laid at least once a day. What’s more, a staggering 67 percent of them rated their performance in the bedroom as “incredible,” according to the study by sex toy manufacturer Lelo.

A sexpert explains it’s because farmers are more likely to be fitter than desk-bound city dwellers, and therefore have more stamina. Farmers were closely followed by architects, with 21 percent of them claiming to have sex once a day, and hairdressers, with 17 percent saying they also fucked daily. Journalists are the least likely to get it on, and lawyers also aren’t getting much sanctification out of the courtroom, with 27 percent admitting to faking an orgasm every time they fuck.

You Can Actually Orgasm In Your Sleep

Image Source: Flickr.com | WillVisionA sleep orgasm can turn a good dream into a mind-blowing one. If you’ve never experienced the pleasure of a nocturnal orgasm, sexperts explain people of any gender are capable of having them. One says, “Although we experience the physical effects of having an orgasm in our body, orgasm is actually a process that happens in the brain. We don’t need any physical stimulation for it to happen.”

While men experience “wet dreams,” women don’t usually have physical “evidence” of a sleep orgasm—but that doesn’t they’re not happening. In fact, it’s estimated that 80% of men and 40% of women have had at least one sleep orgasm, according to The Kinsey Institute New Report on Sex. A scientist explains, “Since orgasm involves increased blood flow to your erectile tissue—and then the release of that blood flow—including your clitoral complex, the brain can recognize this and it can lead to sexual arousal and then, orgasm.”

This Is How Long It Takes The Average Woman To Orgasm During Sex

best_phone_sex_niteflirt_cunnilingus2In a groundbreaking study, scientists measured women’s “orgasmic latency,” or the amount of time it takes them to cum between arousal and climax. A total of 645 straight women from 21 countries took part, and the average time to reach orgasm was 13 minutes and 25 seconds. Researchers asked women to start a stopwatch when they became sexually aroused, and stop it again when they climaxed.

They defined the moment of becoming aroused as “an intense desire for sex in the presence of erotic stimuli, which were provided by the partner, audiovisual methods or both.” Around one in six of those who took part said they never climaxed during intercourse; for the rest, the time it took ranged from 5 minutes 42 seconds to just over 21 minutes. Almost nine in ten of those who took part in the research reported longer-lasting sensations when they were positioned on top.

Dr. Ruth Has Some Titillating Advice On Using Vibrators

Image Source: OregonLive.comDr. Ruth is no stranger to talking frankly about sex. The 90-year-old sex therapist recently promoted her new Hulu documentary Ask Dr. Ruth by answering questions on topics ranging from chronic masturbation to open relationships. One person asked about using vibrators on a male partner— specifically what’s the most stimulating part on a male’s anatomy—and Dr. Ruth had some strong opinions.

I don’t know any man who likes a vibrator,” she candidly answered. “Not on the penis or testicles.” She said that the vibrator has its place in the bedroom, but for women only: “she has to use the vibrator until she’s at the height of arousal, and then let him stimulate her clit to orgasm.” Dr. Ruth: still keeping it real.

Marijuana Really Does Give Women Better Orgasms, Study Finds

24503004315_94fb07d7e3_zA new study backs up what women pot smokers have long ago discovered: smoking marijuana increases sexual pleasure. According to a study that analyzed reports from hundreds of women, marijuana use prior to sex doubles the chances of having a more satisfying orgasm. Researchers explain this is because in addition to lowing sexual inhibitions, “marijuana is also known to heighten sensations such as touch, smell, sight, taste, and hearing.”

The researchers added, “Most women reported increases in sex drive, improvement in orgasm, decrease in pain, but no change in lubrication.” These differences translate to 2.13 higher odds of reporting “satisfactory orgasms” for women who smoke pot. The team concluded in the study published in the journal Sexual Medicine, “Marijuana appears to improve satisfaction with orgasm.”

Woman Taken To The Hospital After Passing Out While ‘Nearing Orgasm’

SexyvictoriaX02A woman was rushed to the hospital after losing consciousness while receiving oral sex. The 44-year-old passed out as she was nearing orgasm. CT scans later revealed that the woman actually had a stroke. According to doctors, this is not that uncommon.

In the report, the doctors acknowledged that sexual activity has been “well-described” as a cause of blood vessels bursting because it increases blood pressure. “Older studies with [artery] monitoring during coitus demonstrate that during sexual activity blood pressure, as well as heart rate, is very [liable to change], with particular rises during orgasm,” they wrote. When cumming goes wrong…

‘Good’ Sex Can Lower Blood Pressure The Same As Medicine, Study Says

Screen Shot 2015-08-06 at 4.12.01 PMSex is just what the doctor ordered, according to a study out of Georgia State University. Participants in the study had a 13 percent drop in blood pressure after having sex, to the surprise of US scientists. The study published in the journal Sexual Medicine saw volunteers have sex while wearing a heart monitor, and rated orgasm intensity from 66 to 106, with an average of 87.

Researchers reported: “The more pleasurable the orgasm, the lower the readings on the day after intercourse.” They believe this is because sex boosts oxytocin, which reduces stress. Taking a water pill diuretic, a common treatment for high blood pressure, achieves similar results, they said.

5 Surprising Things That Can Happen When You Have An Orgasm

best_phone_sex_niteflirt_orgasm23For many people, toe-curling isn’t the only thing that can happen during an orgasm. From sudden headaches to sneezing, some surprising things go along with the Big O. Here are some of those curious phenomenons.

  1. Headaches
Post-orgasm headaches are common in men who suffer from migraines, according to the Mayo Clinic. It’s not totally understood why these headaches happen, though some experts believe it has to do with a spike in adrenaline coursing through the body during sex.
  2. Crying
Experts aren’t quite sure why crying happens after coming, but given all the psychological and physiological changes that happen during sex, you can rest assured it’s fairly common.
  3. Euphoria
“For some people, the euphoric feelings seem extra-intense,” a sex psychologist says. “Their mood is greatly improved, they feel more positive, and their self-esteem is elevated.”
  4. Sneezing
Researchers speculate sneezing might have to do with crossed wires in the autonomic nervous system.  “Certain functions that are automatic get a bit confused in the brain.”
  5. Shaky legs
For women, shaky legs can be a result of all the tension building up around the muscles—not just in the genital area—during climax. When sex is over and the tension is released, some cramping, shaking or contractions can occur. Doctors recommend hydrating and eating something with potassium, like a banana.
