BDSM Netflix Series ‘Bonding’ Is Slammed By Dominatrixes

A new X-rated Netflix show about dominatrixes is being slammed by the sex workers it’s meant to represent. “Bonding” is about a student who moonlights as a dominatrix, and drags her best friend Pete into her late night New York antics. However, real-life dominatrixes have slammed the show for inaccuracies, saying those who make their living from dominating clients—as well those in the BDSM community—are not being accurately represented.

One dominatrix called the show out on social media, saying “how about you get actual BDSMrs to write and consult on a show about our community instead of whatever #BondingNetflix is. As a lifestyler and sex worker I’m not impressed with how badly you’re portraying us. Do better #BondingNetflixisnotkink.” The show was created by Rightor Doyle, who has based Pete’s character on his own experiences in New York at 22, when he was employed to be a dominatrix’s bodyguard. But as another angry viewer observed: “Was he an ‘assistant’ for a week, 20 years ago with a fuzzy memory?”

Netflix Is Killing Couples’ Sex Lives, Study Finds

netflixandchillWhile the expression “Netflix and Chill” used to be code for casual sex, it might have taken on a more literal meaning. New research suggests that couples are getting into bed to watch shows on their iPads, instead of getting it on. “A study by researchers at Lancaster University in the UK reveals that the busiest hour for internet use is now between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m., driven by those watching streaming services such as Netflix, iPlayer and YouTube,” reports NY Post.

Evidence from nearly 400 devices shows that viewers are prolonging the “traditional” hours of TV watching, to the detriment of their sex lives. A University of Cambridge professor warns that the research supports his theory that couples are less interested in sex because they watch more TV in bed. In 2016, he blamed figures showing falling rates of sex on the “mass of connectivity” we have now “compared with just a few years ago when the TV used to close down at half past 10.” Netflix and Chill—more like Netflix and Kill (Sex).

Netflix Accidentally Mailed Porn To Subscribers

screen-shot-2016-10-11-at-4-54-43-pm-2When Netflix first started as a mailing DVD service, it pulled a move that might’ve made the family-friendly business much more adult. Netflix CEO Mitch Lowe recently confirmed that the company accidentally sent porn to some of its users. Back in 1998, the company was so eager to transfer and make DVDs that they cut corners by omitting labels—which led to some x-rated movies being secretly distributed.

“When you get DVDs you usually have nice labels, but when you’re going fast you don’t have time for labels. It turns out that [the person] who was a duplicator, also duplicated pornography,” Lowe said. Lowe estimates that maybe only a hundred discs out of the “thousands and thousands” Netflix made were actually porn—but not surprisingly, Netflix never saw them again. “We told our customers to send them back—no one did,” Lowe said.

Pizza Is The Official Food Of One-Night Stands

netflixandchillYelp recently conducted a survey with 2,000 single American millennials to get to the bottom of one very important question: what are they eating after sex. After asking people what their food of choice is for a one-night stand, the results came back conclusively for—wait for it—pizza! The study also revealed that the best activity for spending time with a fling (besides eating pizza) is good old fashioned Netflix and Chill.

After pizza, Yelp’s research found that pasta and tacos came in at second and third place. It seems that 35% of those hooking up would rather order take-out than go out for a bite with the person they just had casual sex with. Pizza does seem like the perfect no-frills meal for Americans who are looking for a post-coitus, no-strings-attached encounter!

The Sexiest Movies on Netflix That Somehow Passed the Porn Censors

netflixandchillDid you know there’s plenty of real-life porn to be enjoyed on Netflix from the comfort of your home? The movies featuring XXX action on the streaming platform are promising to take “Netflix and chill” to the next level. Grab your popcorn and a box of kleenex: here are the dirtiest movies on Netflix for your viewing pleasure.

  1. Starlet
This movie not only features the great-great-granddaughter of Ernest Hemingway, but also an actual XXX sex scene. Porn star Zoe Voss acts as body double in the naughty scene.
  2. Nymphomaniac Vol 1 & Nymphomaniac Vol 2
Lars Von Trier’s two-part drama chronicling a woman with a sex addiction is racy enough on its own. But the movie is one-of-a-kind for its exciting use of special effects: Von Trier actually filmed real porn stars having sex, but then he digitally placed their genitals onto the bodies of actors like Charlotte Gainsbourg or Shia Labeouf!
  3. Blue Is the Warmest Color
This film features perhaps the hottest unsimulated sex scenes in film history. The drama explores the frenetic same-sex relationship between two women—and the graphic sex scenes have definitely earned its NC-17 rating!
  4. Wetlands
This raunchy comedy features an eighteen year old who loves to masturbate and explore sexual taboos. As Daily Dot says, “While the film is graphic, there’s no real simulated sex, until one horrific scene involving four men and a pizza.”
  5. Kink
This documentary pulls back the sheets on kink.com, a global leader for BDSM fetish porn. It showcases bondage and sadomasochism pornography, with plenty of kink and BDSM footage spread across its 80 minutes to whet your appetite.

If “Netflix and Chill” Were Honest

netflixandchillA new hilarious video on Buzzfeed (watch below) goes behind the seemingly innocent invitation to “Netflix and chill tonight?” As it turns out, what the question is actually asking is: “Do you want to bang tonight?” Yup, sounds about right!

In the video, a dude tells his roommate to “stay the fuck in your room” before his date comes over. When she does, they try to act casual and pretend to know things about wine before it’s time to “divert this nervous energy by looking at a screen.” Because, really, it’s all about wanting to “make out a lot”— and “do other stuff….” So after about 10 or 20 minutes of “hiding [your] boner with [your] elbow,” and saying things just to get close to each other’s mouth, it’s finally time to say “fuck it” and make a move! And, eventually, to pause the movie—or not!

Feel like coming over for a little “Netflix and chill?” We know what you’re really asking—and we like it!
