Kevin Hart Gets Sued For Sex Tape

Comedian Kevin Hart was not laughing when he got hit with a lawsuit over a sex tape. Luckily for him, the $60 million lawsuit was dismissed recently. A woman filed documents last year accusing Hart of secretly recording her while they had consensual sex in a room at the Cosmopolitan hotel in Las Vegas in 2017.

It seems the lawsuit was filed in the wrong jurisdiction so a federal California judge threw it out—though she will be allowed to file her paperwork again in the proper jurisdiction. After news of the tape became public, Kevin took to social media to issue an apology to his wife, who was pregnant when the infidelity occurred. The superstar confessed: “I made a bad error in judgment and I put myself in a bad environment where only bad things can happen and they did.”

Gay Male Escort Sues BDSM Client For Defamation

feet-1095408_1280A gay male escort hit his kinky client where it hurts—and not in a fun way. The escort claims he was hired on Rent.Men by a client to have BDSM play sessions—but when he stated he wanted to keep their kinky hook-ups professional, the client threatened to ruin his career. According to the sex worker, the client began to spread lies that ultimately led to the escort losing work through Rent.Men.

Because of the “barrage of false allegations against him, Plaintiff has suffered a notable decrease in selling his time and companionship to others through Rent.Men,” the lawsuit alleges. The escort’s lawyer says, “Our client entered into a consensual, professional relationship with the defendant, who is now seeking to exploit our clients’ professional field in maintaining a campaign of terror against him.” When BDSM goes bad…

Sex Toy Company Sues MTA For Discrimination

Images Source: Primal HardwereWomen’s sex-toy company Dame Products is suing the MTA for refusing to run its train ads while putting up similarly racy ads for male-enhancement pills, according to a lawsuit. Dame says the MTA violated First Amendment rights and engaged in sex-discrimination by turning down suggestive ads showing vibrators, sex pillows and accessories — and simultaneously allowing hyper-phallic posts for erection medicine. One rejected ad reads, “You come first. Toys for sex” and depicts a vibrator that looks like an eggplant, while another reads “Toys for sex” and shows a half-dozen vibrators that do not explicitly resemble a dick.

One for Hims erectile-dysfunction medicine reads “hard made easy” and depicts flaccid and erect cacti as stand-ins for cocks. The MTA has said it lets the male enhancement ads slip through because they are for a medication, but advertisements for “sexually oriented business” violate its rules. Dame argues that “Vibrator usage is ‘a valuable tool for health care providers in the treatment of sexual function concerns,’” citing a study published in the peer-reviewed scholarly journal “Sexual and Relationship Therapy.”

Woman Sues Boyfriend After He Butt-Dialed Her During Sex With Another Man

5942090561_8656911f4b_zA woman in Tennessee got an earful when her boyfriend butt-dialed her while cheating on her with a man. She’s now suing her ex for $1 million on charges of battery, intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress, negligence and fraud. According to the court documents, “Defendant dialed Plaintiff’s cell phone from his cell phone, apparently accidentally, while he was in the midst of a sexual encounter with an unknown male.”

The woman claims she listened to the tryst, which included “explicit sexual conversation” and her boyfriend “narrating various actions” for an hour and 28 minutes. She also tried to confront the defendant about what she heard—and her subsequent STD diagnosis—but he allegedly refused to discuss the matter and cut off communication with her. The suit contends that she had stayed within the boundaries of her monogamous and heterosexual relationship with the defendant at “all times,” and is demanding a trial by jury based on her claims for damages.

Widow Sues For ‘Loss Of Sex’ After Husband Dies

jean_koulevThe widow of a man who died after suffering brain damage during hospital treatment is suing the government for $1.2 million over a loss of sex. She says in addition to the distress her husband’s death has caused her, a loss of “consortium,” or sex, has caused her additional suffering. The woman alleges that she now experiences “nervous shock” as a result of not being able to fuck her dead husband.

“If we’re talking about conjugal rights he’d be worth about $3 million, he’s an Italian stallion, mate,” she said. The woman explains her dearly departed was an extremely well-endowed sex god. If losing him weren’t bad enough, she now has the extra burden of being without his dick.

Vibrator Maker To Pay Millions For Secretly Tracking Users’ Sexual Activity

magicwandarthistoryWe-Vibe, a line of “smart” vibrators that can be paired with an app for remote-controlled use, is paying out big time after a class action settlement alleging it collected data on users’ sex lives. Though We-Vibe has not admitted to any wrongdoing, the makers have agreed to pay around $3.75 million for tracking customers’ sexual activity without their knowledge. The lawsuit claims that the app “was designed to collect information about how often, and with what settings, the vibrator was used,” according to NPR.

Allegedly, the company collected users’ email addresses and usage data, which they then linked to a partner company remotely. We-Vibe maintains that users “consented to” having their data collected, but the sex toy company is still refunding up to $199 to anyone who bought an app-enabled vibrator, and up to $10,000 to anyone who actually connected it to the app. According to court documents, it’s estimated that 300,000 people bought WeVibes, and about 100,000 of them used the app. Naughty, naughty, peeping sex toy!

Man Sues Grindr After 700 Men Turn Up For Sex Due To Fake Profiles

A man is suing Grindr for allowing his ex-boyfriend to create fake profiles of him on the gay dating app in order to lure men to his home and work. Allegedly, strange men began visiting him daily, assuming they would have sex, and the man believes there have been close to 700 in the past year. He also got several phone calls (the man’s ex gave out his number), and scores of unsolicited dick pics.

Things began to escalate and sometimes turn violent when the fake profiles drew men interested in rough sex, orgies, rape fantasies and drug use. The man’s suit alleges that Grindr refused to respond to any of his 50 calls regarding the issue and, despite a judge signing an injunction to force Grindr to block the fake profiles, they still haven’t taken action. “A malicious user is just running amok using their product as a weapon,” said the man’s lawyer. “Grindr can control that, and they’re not.” The man claims his life is “a living hell”—very unsexy, Grindr.

Hulk Hogan Wins $115 Million Lawsuit For His Leaked Sex Tape

Image Source: Flickr.com | User: tinaxduzgenWrestling legend Hulk Hogan just made history with his recent legal victory against Gawker. In 2012, the digital news site posted a sex tape of the wrestler getting it on with his best friend’s wife. When Gawker posted the sex tape, which included a salacious play-by-play of the rendezvous, Hulk Hogan claimed the video was secretly recorded. With Hogan’s win, the lawsuit marks the first time freedom of privacy has triumphed against freedom of speech in a celebrity sex tape verdict.

In the Florida courtroom, the jury heard unprecedented discussions relating to newsworthiness, privacy, and decency in the media. “I believe in total freedom and information transparency,” said Gawker’s founder Nick Denton. “I’m an extremist when it comes to that.” Florida, like many states, has laws that protect against invasions of privacy, which ultimately secured Hogan’s win of $115 million against Gawker. Gawker will appeal the case to determine whether they got a fair trial (key witness testimony and evidence were withheld), and whether the First Amendment should have provisions or if absolute freedom needs to be the benchmark when it comes to the media.
