Porn Star Gigi Dior Hit By Lawsuit From Christian Dior

Porn star Gigi Dior—known for adult movies about “hot MILFs”—trademarked her stage name, but not everyone is happy about it. French fashion house Christian Dior Couture has filed a legal claim asking to overturn the trademark, saying she is damaging its business. “This is ridiculous, my name has nothing to do with couture and—the funny part is—what I do usually involves wearing no clothes at all,” Gigi said.

The fashion house states its grounds for opposing Gigi’s trademark, including, “Priority and likelihood of confusion, dilution by blurring and dilution by tarnishment.” Gigi has appeared in seven porn flicks, along with many online videos, does webcamming and has been nominated for “Milf of the Year” by the Cam Awards. “I have thousands and thousands of T-shirts, signs and photographs. I have retained websites, all of my social media. I’d have to start again, it’s going to be a huge undertaking if I lose this name,” she said.

Chess Prodigy Accused Of Cheating With Sex Toy Files $100M Defamation Suit

Chess prodigy Hans Niemann has got the legal world buzzing. After being accused of cheating with vibrating “anal beads,” he is suing for $100 million, claiming he was defamed by his opponent and a major gaming institution. Niemann says Norwegian grandmaster Magnus Carlsen lied by claiming he didn’t play fairly because he was furious the relative newcomer had beaten him unexpectedly at a major tournament.

Wild rumors started circulating—including the claims he’d used a rectally inserted sex toy to signal winning moves during the match. “Notorious for his inability to cope with defeat, Carlsen snapped,” the lawsuit declares—adding he “maliciously” plotted to ruin the younger player’s reputation. “Carlsen unleashed his media empire to fan the flames of [his] cheating accusations, drown out the legitimate evidence refuting them [and] blacklist Niemann from top-level chess tournaments,” the suit states.

Woman Forced To Give Ex-Husband ‘Boudoir’ Pics In Divorce

A Utah woman has been forced to hand over a “boudoir album” of nude photos to her ex-husband as part of their divorce. The man claims he wants to keep the racy pics for “memory’s sake.” The woman says that a judge forced her “to distribute basically porn” after ruling that her husband of 25 years had the right to keep the intimate messages she scrawled inside the album.

“It’s violating and it’s incredibly embarrassing and humiliating,” she also told the Salt Lake Tribune of the order. “These are things that were sensual and loving that I wrote to my husband that I loved. [He’s] my ex-husband now,” she said. She said the boudoir album was the only thing her ex- fought to keep during the divorce: “The only way I can hopefully protect someone else from going through the same situation is to tell my story and expose that these are the types of things that he thinks are OK,” she told the Utah paper.

GEICO May Have To Pay $5.2 Million To Woman Who Got STD In Insured Car

It seems GEICO may have to keep its promise about helping drivers save money on car insurance. The Missouri Court of Appeals is siding with a woman who won a $5.2 million award against GEICO, in a case that centers on a unique auto injury claim. The woman says she contracted a sexually transmitted disease after having sex in a car whose owner was insured by GEICO.

GEICO had told the woman its auto insurance coverage didn’t apply because the “damages claimed did not arise out of the normal use of the vehicle”—but because the car was covered by GEICO at the time, the company is obligated to compensate her for contracting HPV from its owner in the vehicle, citing medical expenses and her pain and suffering. She says the man “was insured against his personal liability arising from his negligence in actions involving his automobile,” and that makes GEICO responsible. The federal case is now set for a jury trial.

Settlement Reached With Porn Company For Secretly Shooting Porn In Woman’s Home

It seems porn stars are not always good tenants. An artist whose luxury Martha Vineyard home was turned into a porn set without her consent has reached a settlement with the porn company. The woman sued Mile High Distribution Inc. after discovering her $1.2 million home had been used for at least 30 gay porn films.

Not only that, but her original artwork can be seen in the background of many of the XXX films. According to the lawsuit, the adult film company used “nearly every room of her home for their porn production purposes, including nude, semi-nude and/or male ejaculatory scenes in her bedrooms, her living room and family room sofas, her stairwell, atop her dining room table, her bathrooms, her basement [and] atop her laundry room appliances.” They even used her linens and her hand-sewn pillows for “male ejaculatory scenes,” the lawsuit claims, noting that she was never told the tenant she rented to was planning to shoot porn.

Man Wins Lawsuit Against Parents For Throwing Out His Porn Collection

A man has won a lawsuit against his parents for getting rid of his pornography collection worth $25,000. The forty-something-year-old sued his parents after they threw out “a trove of pornography and an array of sex toys” from their home in Grand Haven, Michigan. The parents must now pay damages to their son for an amount which is yet to be determined.

The man kept a detailed record of how much money he spent on the porn, most of which was from the 80s and 90s. He listed more than 400 VHS tapes and 1,600 DVDs that he said they had thrown out. He is now demanding triple that amount as punishment for “wanton destruction of property,” which included over twelve moving boxes of vintage porn.

Sex Toy Company Threatens To Sue Black, Trans-Owned Company Over Its Name

A Black and trans-owned sex toy store says that another sex toy company is trying to shut it down following a trademark dispute over the name “enby,” which is a term sometimes used to describe nonbinary people. It seems a sex toy store named Wild Flower threatened to sue The Enby Store over the use of the word “enby.” Wild Flower claims that it “has the common law trademark,” and requested that the trademark be “respected.”

The Enby Store started a GoFundMe to raise profits to fight the lawsuit, which has already reached more than its $25,000 goal. “We fundamentally believe that no one can own the term ‘enby,'” Enby’s GoFundMe description says. “Enby is a descriptive term that under law cannot be trademarked … This would be as if a sex toy company was trying to claim ownership of the word Gay, Lesbian, Transgender, Bisexual or Queer. These are terms that belong to all of us in the community.” Other sex toy companies have shown support for The Enby Store, with one saying “Unbound stands with Enby in the belief that any word that is an identity cannot and should not belong to any sole individual or company.”

Lawsuit Claims Hot Female Gamers Caused Man To Injure His “Joystick”

According to one gamer, excessive gaming has damaged his “joystick.” A California sex addict is suing the video streaming platform Twitch for millions after claiming that the site’s overabundance of “scantily clad gamers” have caused him to injure his dick. According to the lawsuit, the Amazon subsidiary had “subjected him to overly suggestive and sexual content from various female streamers.”

To cure the “Twitch” in his pants, the self-proclaimed sex addict reportedly resorted to using a Fleshlight to masturbate while watching the salacious gamers, which resulted in him “chaffing” his penis every day. The man also alleges in the transcript he even once ejaculated on his PC monitor, which caused his gaming system to short-circuit and resulted in a fire that temporarily caused his apartment to black out. As reparations, the man wants a permanent ban on 786 sexy female streamers, and $25 million in punitive damage.

Lawsuit Alleges Amber Heard Had a Threesome With Elon Musk And Cara Delevingne

Johnny Depp is alleging his ex-wife Amber Heard had a steamy celebrity threesome while they were still married. The lawsuit describes the couple’s rocky 15-month marriage, and states that one month after their marriage, Heard was “spending time in a new relationship with Tesla and SpaceX founder Elon Musk.” Then a deposition emerged claiming that Heard had an alleged “three-way affair” with Musk and supermodel Cara Delevingne.

Delevingne has said she identifies as pansexual, while Heard, who has dated both men and women, says, “I don’t identify as anything … I like who I like.” Elon Musk has denied allegations that he was involved in the alleged “three-way affair.” The Tesla billionaire said of the threesome allegations with the model and actress, “Cara and I are friends, but we’ve never been intimate. She would confirm this.”
