GEICO May Have To Pay $5.2 Million To Woman Who Got STD In Insured Car

It seems GEICO may have to keep its promise about helping drivers save money on car insurance. The Missouri Court of Appeals is siding with a woman who won a $5.2 million award against GEICO, in a case that centers on a unique auto injury claim. The woman says she contracted a sexually transmitted disease after having sex in a car whose owner was insured by GEICO.

GEICO had told the woman its auto insurance coverage didn’t apply because the “damages claimed did not arise out of the normal use of the vehicle”—but because the car was covered by GEICO at the time, the company is obligated to compensate her for contracting HPV from its owner in the vehicle, citing medical expenses and her pain and suffering. She says the man “was insured against his personal liability arising from his negligence in actions involving his automobile,” and that makes GEICO responsible. The federal case is now set for a jury trial.

Woman Sues GEICO After Getting HPV From Having Sex In Car They Insured

15 minutes is all it takes to get…HPV? A woman is suing GEICO for $1 million after she had sex with a man and contracted an STD in his car insured by the provider. The insurance company has since filed a counter suit, and has accused the pair of colluding for a massive payout.

The woman filed a liability suit against the popular agency after having unprotected sex with the man in the backseat of his 2014 Hyundai Genesis, and testing positive for HPV as a result. In GEICO’s counter suit, they cite that the man’s car insurance only covers injuries that happen “out of the ownership, maintenance, or use of” the car. What’s more, both of the defendants admittedly had sex in the man’s home as well as other locations, raising the issue of when and where the virus was actually transmitted.

‘Gigolos’ TV Star Insures His Cock For $1 Million

best_phone_sex_niteflirt_dollarsignsWhy would someone insure their cock? Well, if their cock is their livelihood, like one of the stars of Showtime’s reality series Gigolos, it might be worth over a million dollars! Nick Hawk, sex symbol with his own sex toy line and TV show, recently talked to Cosmopolitan about his decision to take out insurance on his “money-maker” for a million bucks, explaining he needed the extra protection because his clients have become too rough with him, perhaps inspired by the film Fifty Shades of Grey.

“Fifty Shades screwed me,” he said. “Most people are inexperienced [in bondage] and just getting into it, so they’re a little too rough. Everybody wants to beat each other up now, and not everybody knows how to do it effectively. It also doesn’t help that I took on this ‘bad boy’ image, so I decided to get the insurance.” He said that since sex is so rough these days “with hair-pulling and scratching and all that,” it made sense for him to “cover his assets,” so to speak. His cock is now fully insured—including theft!—so he can relax when things get really wild.
