You Can Tell A Woman’s Having Great Sex Just By The Way She Looks

It seems the mythic “sex-glow” is actually real, according to researchers. Experts agree that sex is good for you physically and emotionally, and that sex is good exercise. But a study at The Royal Edinburgh Hospital now confirms that people who have sex up to three times a week can look up to ten years younger than those who fuck less frequently.

It may keep your brain sharp, too: after interviewing about 2,000 people in their 70s, scientists in the Netherlands found that those who considered sex unimportant scored lower in problem-solving tests than those who thought sex was important. Not only does sex keep you looking and feeling young and fresh, it is shown to actually improve as you age—according to a 2013 survey, 71 per cent of over-50s report having a good sex life. That is up from 65 per cent in 2007, with post-menopausal women saying they become aroused faster and more easily than when they were younger.

Sex Advice App Shows Women Had Great Sex in 2016

best_phone_sex_niteflirt_orgasmfaceEve, a popular sex advice app for women, proves that women all over the country had great sex this year. 500,000 women tracked their sex lives, and according to the data, many women said they were very satisfied with sex in 2016. Eighty-nine percent of those who used the app to log sexual activity reported that the sex was either ‘mind blowing’ or ‘pretty good.’ Here’s other interesting findings.

Eve users living in St. Louis had more sex than women in any other city in the US. The next 10 cities where women had the most sex over the last year include Las Vegas; Detroit; Portland, Oregon; Salt Lake City; New York City; Dallas; Orlando, Florida; Wilmington, Delaware; Fort Lauderdale, Florida; and Boston. Eve also found that Aquarius women had the most sex, and that 62% talked to their partners about their sexual histories. Thanks, Eve, for letting women share all the mind blowing sex they had this year!

The Internet Weighs In On What Makes Someone Great at Sex

jean_koulevBuzzFeed recently asked their readers an important and often debated question: what makes someone great at sex? And from that seemingly simple question, BuzzFeed compiled the answers into a list called “21 Sex Tips That Aren’t Bullshit.” They insist that the list is NOT “a rolodex of sex positions, above-average genitalia, or decades of experience,” but rather an honest response from real, sexual humans on what they value from someone who is very good in bed. Here are some highlights (check out the full list, complete with sexy/silly gifs, below):

  1. Worshipping someone’s body
Treating someone’s body as the best thing you have ever experienced is perhaps the ultimate indicator of how good you are in bed.
  2. Speaking up during sex
Someone who’s willing to tell you what they like and dislike or what feels amazing is definitely a turn on!
  3. Being honest about orgasms
The internet’s advice: stop faking orgasms! One woman says instead of faking it, “Mov[e] your hips or guid[e] them with your hand or moans [to] turn them into great lovers…” Great advice!
  4. Sharing a kink
Kink is sexy—why not let your partner in on yours?!
  5. Focus on the pleasure, not the end-goal
Taking the pressure off of cumming really allows you to just focus on the pleasure and enjoy yourself in the moment.
  6. Taking your time
Don’t rush the foreplay! Have fun and don’t forget all the steps that lead up to the amazing main event: lip biting, earlobe nibbling, grinding—the possibilities are endless!
  7. Being up for anything
Being open-minded to trying new things but also knowing the definitive boundaries for each person.” —Alexis Ferguson (Facebook)
