Goop Advocates For Porn Made For And By Women

Gwyneth Paltrow has more sex advice for her eight million Goop followers: porn made by and for women. She wrote on her website, “The first time you watch porn that genuinely and deeply arouses you is akin to the moment you have sex with another person and experience an elation that makes you think, ‘Oh, so this is what sex can be.’” She’s long been an influential voice in normalizing sex-positivity, but this is the first time she’s endorsed porn.

She adds on her website that many women “experience porn as a powerful exploration of sexuality.” She goes on to give a guide to “erotica sites” and Paltrow-approved porn which is “shown through the female gaze, made by women, ethically produced – and hot.” One of these is XConfessions, founded by Erika Lust, whose content is “based on real-life stories and sexual fantasies submitted anonymously.”

Pornhub Tries To Close The Orgasm Gap On International Female Orgasm Day

On the weekend of International Female Orgasm Day, Pornhub will seek to close the orgasm gap by raising awareness of the issue on its platform. The porn megasite will interrupt their videos most viewed by straight men at the 40 percent timestamp — to highlight how approximately 40 percent of straight women don’t orgasm during sex with their partners. “Researchers demystified the female orgasm decades ago by highlighting the importance of clitoral stimulation and foreplay for women to reach The Big O,” said the VP of Pornhub in a press release.

“Yet, in straight relationships, women are still getting the short end of the stick in nearly half of all of their sexual encounters,” he added. In addition to interrupting videos, Pornhub also asks women to go to the campaign landing page endtheorgasmgap.com and “reward” men who made them orgasm with an official certificate. Pornhub is also offering thousands of female orgasm instructional videos: “The party shouldn’t end as soon as the man reaches orgasm, which is why we’re encouraging straight men to do their research to ensure everyone gets over the finish line.”

Want to get over the finish line? You’ll always leave satisfied here at NiteFlirt!

Married at First Sight’s Jessika Power Wants To Empower Women Sexually

Jessika Power has invited her fans to consider the topic of female sexuality in an Instagram post—in which she promoted a pink sex toy while discussing the issue. She wrote at length: “Female sexuality: something of such great importance in ALL of our lives, yet gets spoken about as if it didn’t matter at all.” She added, “I mean seriously, how many of us would be here if women didn’t get horny…and yet, for some reason, women are STILL made to be ashamed of their sexuality.”

She takes issue with how Sex-Ed classes at school ignore women’s sexuality, and how women are taught to feel “dirty” when watching porn or masturbating. She then suggested women try the sex toy she was promoting, saying the company is “empowering women to own their lives and bodies, they’re imploring women to explore their sexuality.” In the accompanying photos, Jessika showed off her ample cleavage in a low cut tank top and made a series of animated facial expressions as she brandished the toy.

Russel Brand Slammed For Calling Cardi B’s Provocative Video “Porn”

The internet didn’t like Russel Brand’s analysis of Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion’s music video for WAP—which stands for Wet Ass Pussy. The comedian shared a video of himself discussing the hit song and whether it was a “feminist masterpiece or porn.” But on social media, many said it was ironic of Brand to criticize women for celebrating their sexuality when he used to boast of his own promiscuity.

In the video, Brand says: “If male hip hop tropes are about the potency of male sexuality… and then the female video is a sort of celebration of sexual potency…” Brand’s comments sparked fury among many online who accused him of trying to mansplain feminism: “Congratulations to Russell Brand for mansplaining to women how they should enjoy WAP and their own sexuality.” Another said: “I’m bored of men thinking it’s their place to decide what is and what isn’t female empowerment.”

‘Vote Trump, Get Dumped’ Campaign Stages Sex Strike Against Trump Supporters

votetrumpgetdumpedThroughout history, women have staged sex strikes to raise awareness for important political issues. And now, a couple from Ohio is starting a campaign to get women to pledge that they won’t “date, sleep with, or canoodle with” anyone who supports GOP candidate Donald Trump. “The Greeks did it. Women during the temperance movement did it,” the Vote Trump, Get Dumped website reads. “This is a tried and true method of getting men’s attention when they’re being dumb.” The campaign’s Facebook image is of a pair of naked, crossed legs that represents what Slate is calling “political chastity.”

“To cast a vote for Trump is to agree with his sexist, perverted, demeaning, backwards, offensive treatment of women,” the website reads. Vote Trump, Get Dumped compiled a damning compilation of the worst things Trump has said about women over the years. Many of his most outrageously misogynist quotes have been made into mock-motivational posters with beautiful scenic backgrounds, including this gem: “You know, it really doesn’t matter what [the media] write, as long as you’ve got a young and beautiful piece of ass.” Viewers are asked to imagine having a president who says things like, “If Hillary Clinton can’t satisfy her husband what makes her think she can satisfy America?” As sex strikes usually go, they’re more about getting the media’s attention and raising awareness of important issues than in actually convincing men to change their minds as a result of desperate horniness. It also allows frustrated women to have a fun outlet to vent their rage.

Looking for a fun outlet yourself? No matter your politics, you can be sure we satisfy here!

Why Women and Men Love Feminist Porn

best_phone_sex_niteflirt_announcement2Explicit erotic film director Jennifer Lyon Bell recently sat down with BuzzFeed to discuss feminist porn and why many women and quite a few men prefer it over regular porn. Bell prefers the term “explicit erotic film” over feminist porn because she says the latter can sometimes be misconstrued as not hardcore. She explains, “People think that women don’t want to see explicit material and that couldn’t be less true. I think plenty of women, myself included, love seeing hot, explicit sex.” So here are some reasons why we should all be watching more feminist porn.

  1. Women’s porn offers more diversity, and is just as explicit
Bell says, “A popular misconception with porn is that all women want the same thing. Women are really diverse and what appeals to me might not appeal to you, and I think that’s great. Women’s porn should be really diverse because women are really diverse.”
  2. Seeing people genuinely enjoying sex is seriously hot
Women definitely want to see real, hot sex when they watch porn—and a lot of men do too. The sex seems more participatory between the two people, which makes it seem more fun, free, and authentic.
  3. Feminist porn is less commercial, and more creative
Bell argues that because porn distributors need to make money, they are more reluctant to explore alternative types of porn that they fear may not be as marketable. This is why alternative porn producers like Bell make movies: “Sexuality – women’s, men’s, and everybody’ s sexuality – is really diverse in a way that we are only just now starting to explore further with alternative pornography.”
  4. The sex looks, sounds, and feels more real
Bell says, “That’s the part of sex that I find most exciting – this cycle between two people of seeing what the other person is going through and responding to it.”
  5. The adult entertainers are more diverse
The hottest sex you see in porn is from those people who are simply comfortable with their bodies and their sexuality, no matter their body type, sexual preference, etc.
  6. Women openly enjoying and exploring sex is a powerful, revolutionary act
It ain’t called feminist porn for nothing! These women are empowered, sex-positive, and all about sexual liberation.

All that talk about real, hot sex definitely got us in the mood. Come celebrate sexual liberation with us!
