A young couple who had public sex three times in a courtroom foyer has been sentenced for their “outrageous behavior.” About 9.40 a.m., the couple was captured on CCTV in the public waiting area of the courthouse—where the woman who was due to appear in court that day straddled her boyfriend, a police prosecutor said. The pair then began to fuck, with the woman caught on camera lifting her skirt, sitting on her partner and moving up and down on his lap.

The court was told the couple stopped what they were doing after they were approached by security, and the woman got off her boyfriend who attempted to cover himself. “The security officer left the area, and [the man] then exposed his penis again and [the woman] adjusted his penis under her skirt, she then sat on his lap, facing away and again started moving up and down on his lap, appearing to again engage in sexual intercourse,” prosecutors said. A man has won a lawsuit against his parents for getting rid of his pornography collection worth $25,000. The forty-something-year-old sued his parents after they threw out “a trove of pornography and an array of sex toys” from their home in Grand Haven, Michigan. The parents must now pay damages to their son for an amount which is yet to be determined.

The man kept a detailed record of how much money he spent on the porn, most of which was from the 80s and 90s. He listed more than 400 VHS tapes and 1,600 DVDs that he said they had thrown out. He is now demanding triple that amount as punishment for “wanton destruction of property,” which included over twelve moving boxes of vintage porn.

The hearing had to be temporarily suspended when “Zoombombers” posing as journalists joined the video meeting room and started playing a porn video.

The meeting was halted just moments after a gay porn video of two men—one blindfolded—eating ass appeared on screen. The “Zoombombers” were able to infiltrate the hearing because there were no settings in place to mute people or to stop individuals from sharing their screens. Man With Machete Acquitted In Sex Fantasy Mix-Up

An Australian man who’d been hired to carry out a stranger’s home-invasion sex fantasy — but who showed up, machete and rope in hand, at the wrong house — has been acquitted of all charges. The man was found not guilty of intimidation and weapons charges in what the judge noted was an unusual mistaken identity case. He had been hired on Facebook by a customer who wanted to be tied up “and have a broom handle rubbed around his underwear,” the report said.

The customer had been willing to pay more than $3,000 if it was “really good,” the judge noted. Unfortunately, the man ended up at the wrong house holding machetes at the wrong man’s bedside. In his reasons for the acquittal, the judge said there was a reasonable possibility that the man entered the house as part of a lawful plan to carry out a sexual fantasy.

Women Win $13M Lawsuit Against GirlsDoPorn

selfie-1313607_640The owners and operators of a San Diego-based porn website must pay $12.7 million after a judge found them liable for fraud and breach of contract for lying to women about how their explicit videos would be distributed. The site, GirlsDoPorn, was sued by nearly two dozen women who claimed they were deceived and coerced into making sex videos without knowing the footage would be posted on the internet. The judge ruled in favor of all 22 plaintiffs and against a total of 13 defendants, awarding the women $9.45 million collectively in compensatory damages and $3.3 million in punitive damages.

The judge ordered the defendants to take down the women’s sex videos and also granted the women’s request for ownership rights to their images that appeared on videos produced by the defendants and were posted on several adult websites. The judge also ordered the GirlsDoPorn website owners to prominently post in recruitment ads that videos would go on the internet. In addition, women who sign up to make the videos must get copies of the legal agreement ahead of time and give permission before their names or personal information are used.

Judge Said He Got ‘Horny’ During Murder Trial

The judge, who served as a junior Supreme Court judge, was presiding over a murder trial when he told the court: “All this sex is beginning to get me horny.” He made the comment as a witness in the trial testified that he had shared some of the same women as the defendant.

The defendant’s lawyer filed appeal with a higher court, claiming that the judge acted inappropriately during the trial: “In particular, his comment ‘all this sex is beginning to get me horny’ was inappropriate and inimical to the dignity of court proceedings.” In the appeal, the lawyer also argued that the judge did little to stop a witness from using vulgar language in the courtroom, repeatedly saying “fucking pussy.”

Xavier X was working on behalf of his employer, a French railway construction company, when he suffered a heart attack after having extramarital sex with a local woman.

French labor authorities asserted that Xavier’s death should be classified as an “accident du travail,” which entitles the victim’s family to benefits from both the state and employer. As a result, any partners and children of Xavier will receive a monthly benefit of up to 80 per cent of his salary until what would have been his retirement age. French judges claimed that an employee traveling for work remains the employer’s responsibility, regardless of what the employee does on and off work hours: “a sexual encounter is an act of normal life like taking a shower or eating a meal,” the court asserted.

Man Sues His Parents For Throwing Out His Massive Porn Collection

The son had a falling out with his parents and was asked to leave their home, but when he went to collect his things, he says he noticed the valuable porn collection was missing. He says the collection containing more than 12 moving boxes full of movies and two boxes of sex toys had been destroyed.

According to court documents, his dad admitted to trashing his porn collection, saying in an email “Believe it or not, one reason for why I destroyed your porn was for your own mental and emotional health.” His dad also alleges his son was kicked out of high school and college for selling porn to other students, adding in court documents: “I also warned you at that time if I ever found pornography in my house again, I would destroy it.” The porn collector sent the court over 44 emails listing movies he says were destroyed—but prosecutors refused to press charges.
