Cadbury Features Same-Sex Kiss In New Commercial

Cadbury is making candy lovers blush with its hot new commercial. The commercial has a very cheeky message this year to celebrate the iconic Cadbury Creme Egg’s 50th anniversary and promote the chocolatier’s annual Easter lineup. It starts with a montage of scenes depicting the many ways you can eat a Cadbury Creme Egg, before getting racy.

The money shot comes (no pun intended!) at the end when two men pass the sweet treat to one another in their lips before bursting the egg and its white, creamy contents (naughty naughty!). Viewers have come out in support of the sex-positive, LGBTQ-friendly commercial. “People losing their minds over two men kissing over a creme egg but have no problem with a woman cheating on her husband with an M&M?” joked one candy consumer on Twitter.

Puerto Rico Quickly Scraps Pandemic Safe Sex Campaign Amid Backlash

It seems a new safe sex campaign in Puerto Rico aimed at helping citizens during the pandemic was not received well. PR’s health department quickly scrapped the “offensive” safe sex campaign which promoted masturbation as a way to avoid becoming infected with COVID-19. The Departmento de Salud’s poster used a suggestive image of a thumb pressed into a grapefruit and drew scorn from the island’s conservative Catholic population.

The campaign’s health officials, which also advised people to wash their hands and their sex toys, was swiftly taken down because the “graphic” grapefruit image was in “poor taste.” “Although our only intention is to educate and prevent, the publication was offensive to some sectors of the population,” the department said in a statement, explaining it didn’t want the message to be lost by distractions. A health expert added: “It seems they didn’t anticipate there was going to be this backlash when Puerto Rico is truly very conservative regarding these issues.”

Hallmark Pulls Ad Featuring Lesbians Kissing

LoveWins3The Hallmark Channel has apologized for pulling commercials featuring a lesbian couple kissing in the wake of public outrage. Daily Mail reports, “Hallmark announced in a statement that the commercials for wedding planning site Zola, one of which showed two women kissing at the altar on their wedding day, will be reinstated, days after they were removed following a complaint from conservative group One Million Moms.” A Hallmark spokesperson previously told The Associated Press that the network pulled the ads because the controversy was creating a distraction.

Hallmark Cards CEO said in a statement: “The Crown Media team has been agonizing over this decision as we’ve seen the hurt it has unintentionally caused. Said simply, they believe this was the wrong decision.” He added, “We are truly sorry for the hurt and disappointment this has caused.” Hallmark faced bitter backlash on social media after pulling the ad—the hashtag #BoycottHallmark was trending at one point on Twitter, with Ellen DeGeneres asking, ”Isn’t it almost 2020?”

The Fyre Fest Blowjob Guy Is Helping Ryan Reynolds Sell Gin

cup-1010916_1920Ryan Reynolds latest commercial to promote his alcohol brand, Aviation Gin, will really blow you away. The actor teamed up with Andy King, better known as the blowjob guy from Netflix’s Fyre Festival documentary, Fyre, to make a bunch of jokes about… ahem, blowing gin bottles. King was a festival producer who Billy McFarland apparently asked to perform oral sex with a customs agent in order to get water to the festival site.

Obviously, the wild story inspired a bunch of memes, and King is now internet-famous as “the blowjob guy.” In the commercial, Ryan Reynolds explains that he “blows” the glass for every gin bottle himself, and asks “how far would you go?” The blowjob guy is shown watching the commercial in a bar and orders a drink, saying: “He gets it. I’ll have an Aviation gin.”
