Ex-Porn Star Mary Carey Running For California Governor

Former porn star Mary Carey has “big plans for California.” The busty blonde is running for California governor, with a racy, double-entendre laden campaign. “I can promise you—it won’t take long before all Californians will be satisfied with my job performance,” she said.

She has launched a campaign website that features merchandise and links to her personal site, where people can see her OnlyFans profile and pay to chat with her. “Finally a politician you want to be screwed by!” she says with a wink on her site. Carey, who starred in flicks such as “Dirty Angels: Welcome to Lust Angeles,” previously ran in the 2003 recall election—but insisted that her inspiration at that time was “a publicity gag.” As an independent, she garnered 2,536 votes in 2003.

Hacker Hijacks California Congressional Debate To Broadcast Gay Porn

gaypo0rnVoters in California’s 1st congressional district got something much more exciting than the political forum they thought they were tuning into. What was supposed to be a live stream of a debate between two candidates running for office turned into a gay porn spectacle, after the broadcast got hijacked by hackers. “The forum, hosted by political organization Independent Like the North State, managed to get through the introductions and opening statements of the candidates present for the event before getting disrupted by a few seconds of two men fucking,” Gizmodo reports.

The feed, which was being broadcast online and on the radio, was quickly shut down after the porn was shown, forcing the network to re-schedule the debate at a later time before the election. The pornographic disruption was probably seen by nearly 700,000 residents living in the region that’s spread across 11,005 square miles. “It’s disappointing people did not respect us, or the candidates, or more importantly the democratic process, or the community, that’s part of the way democracy works,” one of the candidates said. After its brief appearance during the online forum, the porn video is polling at 13 percent.

Porn Industry Rejoices As California Votes To Shut Down Condom Bill

adult-1822413_640Porn stars and porn sites are in celebration mode this month after receiving word that the state of California has voted to reject the “California Safer Sex in the Adult Film Industry Act,” also known as Proposition 60. Prop 60 brought backlash from porn producers and others in the industry because they would have needed to prove that condoms were worn during scenes involving “vaginal or anal penetration by a penis,” in addition to requiring producers to pay for testing, vaccinations, and medical exams of performers. The bill, which was introduced and funded by the AIDS Healthcare Foundation, was struck down 46 to 55 percent.

Critics of Prop 60 argued that Los Angeles already passed a measure in 2012 that requires the use of condoms in porn made in L.A. County. And regular STI testing is also an industry standard. Many of the bill’s opponents and AIDS activists have been working together to provide guidelines that would mostly align with those in Prop 60, but which would give “power to the performer.” Today, porn stars are just happy the bill was rejected, and have taken to Twitter to express their relief: “Looks like #prop60 isn’t going to pass! Any other news we missed about people getting fucked without a condom?”

California’s Prop 60

Vote No on Prop 60 Voters in California will be heading to the polls on November 8 faced with a bill that would change the porn industry as we know it. On the surface, Prop 60 reads with good intentions to help reduce the spread of HIV and other STIs by requiring performers to use condoms during filming. Not a terrible idea for California — they are the leading producer of pornographic films. So why is it that Democratic, Republican, and Libertarian Party all agree that this is a bad idea?

For the most part, the 13-page bill is poorly written and opens the floodgates allowing any of the 38 million residents of California to file lawsuits directly against adult film performers, production crews, and even companies who distribute the films. The costs of these suits can cost the state millions. With the potential lawsuits from California’s Condom Cops, adult performers would be forced to disclose their private details including their legal names and home addresses. The most bizarre provision in Prop 60 is unlike any other we’ve seen before. If 60 passes and the state does not take on a case to defend it, Michael Weinstein–the author of Proposition 60 and president of the AIDS Healthcare Foundation–would automatically be hired to come to the defense of Prop 60 in court. That’s a little self-serving, don’t you think?

There are good reasons why 55 political parties, countless organizations, and the entire porn industry are fearful of this proposition. Its passing will likely result in the industry going underground and putting the performers at even greater risk than they were before. Keeping performers safe is one thing we all want in the end, but is Proposition 60 the right way to go about it?  We’ll find out on November 8.

Target Accidentally Plays Porn Over its Loudspeaker…Again

Image Source: Flickr.com/photos/jeepersmedia/Customers at a California Target got plenty of bang for their buck (literally) when audio of a porn started accidentally playing over the store’s PA system. One shocked shopper recorded the entire incident and posted the video to Facebook (watch below), while several others stormed out of the store, or angrily screamed at the employees to turn it off. In the video, sex moans can be heard, along with some very sexually explicit language loudly coming through the loudspeakers.

A porn star can be heard moaning, and then saying, “I want you to get it really wet. Get that cock in between. Oh yeah, you know how to do it. Yeah, you wanna fuck these titties?” Children are heard crying in the background—in between the porn star’s screams and moans! The store was in chaos, with both customers and employees freaking out over the incident: “Employees were running around everywhere. Picking and hanging up phones, which worked….for about two minutes before it started up again,” according to the New York Post. Amazingly, this isn’t the first time something like this has happened at Target. The same thing happened at another California Target only months before. Target is investigating, but it sure seems like the work of a very naughty prankster!

In the mood for a little dirty talk yourself? We can make you scream and moan like customers fleeing porn in a Target right here!

California Now Requires Porn Stars To Wear Goggles During Shoots

gogglespicCalifornia’s Division of Occupational Safety and Health has recently taken even more extreme measures to shut down the porn industry. It’s well known that California no longer wants the adult entertainment industry to operate there, so the state has been finding ways to force porn makers out with increasingly oppressive rules and regulations. There’s now a 21-page document of safety standards outlining in graphic detail the mandatory “safety precautions” each adult film actor must take when performing various sex acts—including wearing safety goggles!

Under the category “Personal Protective Equipment,” porn actors are required to wear and/or be provided with “condoms, gloves for cleaning, and, if contact of the eyes with OPIM-STI [pre-ejaculate, ejaculate, semen, vaginal secretions, fecal matter and rectal secretions, etc.] is reasonably anticipated, eye protection.” After this latest low blow, porn producers aren’t the only ones calling foul on California’s openly hostile regulations on the porn industry. Diane Duke, the CEO of the Canoga Park-based Free Speech Coalition, said in the LA Daily News that “These are regulations designed for medical settings, and are unworkable on an adult film set — or even a Hollywood film set.” She’s advocating for those in the adult film industry to have more input in creating these so-called safety standards “in ways that protect adult film performers without stigmatizing and shutting down an entire industry.”

Geez, California—it’s bad enough you have a terrible drought; stop trying to dry up porn too! Come celebrate the freedom of adult entertainment with us—no safety goggles required!
