Christina Aguilera Launches Sexual Wellness Brand

Christina Aguilera has a new job—as a brand ambassador for a sexual wellness company Playground. Aguilera will be working to “shed the stigma and improve sexual wellness for all through ground-breaking intimacy products,” a press release said. She said on Instagram: “Sex is an essential part of our overall wellness, and @hello.playground is here to remind you that EVERY part of your body, not just your hair or your face, deserves to be pampered.”

“Christina has always used her voice to shift the narrative around female sexuality, and in her role with Playground, she will further champion the brand’s mission to create an open dialogue around sexual wellness while keeping the female perspective at the forefront through safe intimacy products intentionally formulated with women in mind,” the press release added. Playground is a sexual wellness brand creating “good-for-you pleasure essentials” intentionally designed for women. “We made Playground for anybody who wants more bliss in the bedroom and a deeper (and easier) connection with their partners,” the company shared.

Walmart Adds Another Adult Brand To Its Shelves

Walmart is stocking its shelves with what customers really want. The mega-retailer is now selling a new line of adult products, all for under $20 each on their online store. Products from Justin Sayne’s “fetish mafia” line are now available to Walmart customers who shop online, including his “insanity” male enhancement pills, the “Weinerschleiden” and “d-AZ” lubricants, and “body bag” condoms.

Justin Sayne said that he is selling his products at Walmart to increase brand awareness and support brick and mortar retailers. “The sheer visibility of Fetish Mafia products on the website reaches millions of people which, in turn, supports consumers who may also shop at local adult stores,” Sayne said. He says he deliberately priced the items he’s selling at Walmart so they wouldn’t compete with mom-and-pop adult stores: “I intentionally priced everything at MSRP—or manufacturers suggested retail price—and did not lower my prices in order not to compete with brick-and-mortar stores.”

Brands Are Tweeting X-Rated Comments

1It seems companies are getting in on the meme game where people challenge their followers to name things you can say 1) during sex and 2) while tweeting on behalf of your brand. To Netflix’s tweet “what’s something you can say during sex but also when you manage a brand twitter account?”, Ben & Jerry’s responded with, “Do you wanna take a lick?” Wingstop said, “Bone-in please.”

Pepsi apparently likes it in the butt: “we prefer it in the can.” While Absolut had solid advice for both vodka and fucking—“Slow down, you want it to last”—Instagram got right to the point: “double tap.” Kettle Chips said “you can go elbow deep in me” and Tazo Tea had this helpful tip: “Sometimes it helps to blow on it first.” Of course, Animal Planet requested that followers “send a *good* snake pic.”
