Porn Star Asa Akira Writes Haikus

In her new book Dirty Thirty: A Memoir, she shares some of her poetry at the end of her essays… and they’re exactly what you’d expect them to be. As the Amazon description of her memoir says, the focus is “straightforward writings on love, sex, death, marriage and celebrity”.

Reviews for the book have been positive so far, currently sitting at an impressive 4.5 stars. One reviewer comments that it’s “(a)n honest expression of aging gracefully as a wife, porn star, writer, bad bitch.” Another writes, “The finished product seems effortless, beautiful, and leaves the audience wanting more.” Sounds like much of her other work, so if she steps away from adult films, maybe a literary future awaits her!

Julie Andrews Discusses Watching Husband’s Orgy Scene On Ellen DeGeneres

feetJulie Andrews gets X-rated in her new memoir, recalling the time she watched her husband direct a massive orgy for a movie. She reminisces about the time her husband Blake Edwards called her to the studio simply to watch a wild sex scene. “He said, ‘Julie, you’ve just gotta come on over here, it’s an unbelievable sight.’ So I went dashing over,” Andrews recalled during an appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show”.

“What Blake had done was hire an awful lot of people who really are very at ease doing orgy films, I guess,” she added of her late husband. Andrews was not part of the scene but did spot her co-star at the time, Dudley Moore, in the nude smack dab in the middle of other naked bodies. “Blake put him between two enormously statuesque ladies and so he was completely naked and these two ladies were naked, but their bums were up here and little Dudley‘s was down there,” she said. Andrew Christian’s Steamy New Book Is the Gay Equivalent of Madonna’s ‘Sex’

While the homoerotic images definitely feature the mostly bare, oiled-up, chiseled male models associated with his eponymous clothing brand, Christian hopes his book will be seen as more than another hot collection of male-on-male erotica. Following his successful Indiegogo campaign, the 200-page book isn’t just provocatively photographed sexy models and gay adult film stars with giant packages—the images are meant to “empower” the gay community (check them out below).

With its S&M iconography and full frontal male nudity shot exclusively in black and white, the book is an explicit homage to Madonna’s infamous Sex, in addition to Playgirl and Abercrombie & Fitch catalogs. Christian intended readers to become aroused by the photos, “which find the men shackled in cages, relaxing in saunas and lounging in bed,” according to HuffPo. But the scintillating photos depicting gay sex also make a bold political statement, which the title proudly proclaims: Sex=Power=Freedom.

Sex-MachinesPhotographer Timothy Archibald recently published a book called Sex Machines about the quirky creators of homemade fuck-bots. Archibald was fascinated by the DIYers who keep their primitive sex machines in their bedrooms, garages, and living rooms. “To me this little subculture had everything in it I ever wanted that would allow me to tell a rich story about men, women, and America,” said the photographer. Here are some highlights of the people he met.

One husband and wife team created The Monkey Rocker, which looks like something you might exercise with—maybe a rowing machine—with a dildo in the center. “It doesn’t really surprise me that Dan came up with this. We aren’t an especially sexually obsessed couple, but Dan is a man. I mean, I don’t think he can help but think about these things, the sexual, the mechanical, the craftsmanship of it all,” the wife said. Eric Wilson of Love Locker made his sex machine as a way to indulge his wife’s fantasy about being with two guys: “…I wondered how much more real it would seem if I made an actual sex machine that was having sex with her as she was performing oral on me, or whatever. So I went out to the garage one day and started tinkering around, and eventually put together our first machine,” Wilson said. A woman who runs a legal brothel invented The Thrill Hammer, “a 450-pound vibrator capable of vibration speeds of up to 6,500 rpm and rotation speeds of 150 rpm. It combines an antique dentist chair, a large vibrator, and a computer monitor. Four tentacles extend around the chair and hold the monitor and the lighting systems.” Now that’s an impressive sex machine!
