Gwyneth Paltrow Ranks Brad Pitt And Ben Affleck In Bed

Academy Award winner Gwyneth Paltrow dished out some X-rated secrets about her previous relationships with Brad Pitt and Ben Affleck. She held nothing back on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast, including the time Leonardo DiCaprio made a pass at her. The podcast host asked the star to play a game of “Brad or Ben,” in which Paltrow was asked who was the better lover.

“That is really hard. Because Brad was like the sort of major chemistry, love of your life, kind of, at the time, and then Ben was, like, technically excellent,” laughed Paltrow. “God bless J.Lo and everything she is getting over there!” commented the host, referencing Affleck’s wife. She also said they were both good kissers, while Pitt was more romantic and Affleck the funnier of the two.

Yoga Can Help Men Last Three Times Longer In Bed

Men who want to last longer during sex might want to take up yoga. A new scientific review published in Men’s Health looked at different techniques that could help men last longer—without using erectile-dysfunction medications. Researchers analyzed 54 studies that included 3,485 men, including one where 26 men took 12 weeks of yoga, and more than tripled the time they lasted during sex.

In another study, men who ran at least 30 minutes a day for five days a week went from lasting an average of 39 seconds during sex to more than 30 minutes, compared to the inactive men who lasted just 50 seconds by the end of the study. Overall, the authors concluded that physical activity could be a potential therapy to help improve men’s sexual performance. “Most men may not have performed as well as they wanted to at some point, and could benefit from lifestyle changes and techniques to help last longer,” the researchers said.

Halle Berry Responds To Rumor That She’s Bad In Bed

Halle Berry is laughing off negative comments LisaRaye McCoy made about her sex life. On Fox Soul’s “Cocktails With Queens,” McCoy and her co-hosts, Claudia Jordan, Vivica A. Fox, and Syleena Johnson, first discussed whether Toni Braxton was a good lover: “Toni Braxton got some fine men back in the day, said Jordan. McCoy responded, “We don’t know what she’s doing in the bedroom. It could be like Halle Berry.”

When Jordan asked McCoy to clarify whether she was insinuating that Halle Berry was a bad lover, the “Single Ladies” star said, “That’s what they say. That’s what I read, and that’s what I heard.” Berry then retweeted an article that covered the “Cocktails With Queens” segment, and wrote, “Ms. @TheRealLRaye1, ask my man @vanhunt he’ll tell ya all y’all need ta know,” with a crying-laughing emoji. Berry’s sex life has been a topic of conversation recently after she talked about her first orgasm: “I remember my first orgasm,” Berry said in an Instagram Live chat. “I did it to myself.”

Want some good lovin’? We definitely know what we’re doing in the bedroom on NiteFlirt, and we here wish you all a happy and safe (and hopefully well-sexed) 2021!

Sex Before Bed Is The Secret For A Better Night’s Sleep, Says Study

white-1822497_640Forget about drinking warm milk before bed—according to a new study, the secret to getting a good night’s sleep is sex. Researchers found that two thirds of people slept better after having sex and achieving an orgasm. According to the study’s lead sleep researcher, people should “switch off their phones, and switch on their libidos.”

Researchers believe people might sleep better after getting off with a partner because sex is the perfect distraction before bed—not to mention the best relaxer. The findings from the study support an earlier study done by Oxford that found a combination of sex and a good night’s sleep had the biggest impact on well-being. As the study’s lead researcher said, “(t)here’s strong evidence to suggest substituting screen time for play time.”

Looking for a sexy distraction? Come switch on your libido right here on NiteFlirt!
