There’s Now An App Specifically For Sex Workers And Queer Folks

There’s a new app that picks up where mainstream social media apps leave off: namely, sex. Lips is a social app specifically for “free sexual expression.” Since its recent launch, it’s become a haven for sex workers, sex educators, erotic artists, and LGBTQ folks.

Lips reached 10,000 users in its first month, due to the app’s outward support of sex workers. The need for pro-sex worker spaces is apparent, as social media giants like Facebook and Instagram regularly ban legal and artistic sexual content. The app is growing at over 1,000 users per month without massive funds or advertising—but is not surprisingly facing setbacks over prudish investors.

4 Foreplay Apps To Get Your Juices Flowing

victorianeraWhile you might think that smartphones are terrible for sex, foreplay apps are promising to turn your phone into your new favorite sex toy. From controlling a vibrator, to helping you talk dirty and explore sex in new ways, once you download these apps on your phone, getting off will be better (and easier) than ever. Here are four foreplay apps for taking your sex life to the next level:

  1. Dirty Game—Hot Truth or Dare
This app lets you transform a classic game into an X-rated adventure. You can answer truth questions like “share a naughty fantasy” or take dares, such “spank the ass of the other player.” It even lets you choose group mode for wild sex orgies!
  2. Kindu
Kindu is like Tinder for couples who want to spice things up in the bedroom. “After you both create an account (don’t worry, it stays private) and pair with each other, you and your partner swipe through over 100 naughty suggestions that you can like, dislike or say maybe to. If you both say yes, it’s a match,” explains Mashable.
  3. OhMiBod
This app connects couples to a variety of vibrators with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capabilities. There are five different modes to choose from: Rhythm, Touch, Tap, Wave and Voice. Each controls the vibrator in a unique way, and even has a log to track your orgasms.
  4. iKamasutra
As its name suggests, iKamasutra is a sex position app that teaches anyone who downloads it the many different positions in the infamous Kama Sutra. Users will be able to learn 110 most popular Kama Sutra positions — over 230 available in in-app purchases — in nine different categories.

Grindr Launches Custom Gay Emojis

MAIN-Grindr-emojisGrindr has a solution for all those thirsty gay guys who were worried they were being too subtle with the eggplant emoji: ‘gaymojis’! The gay dating app’s custom gay emojis is adding a special way for naughty dudes to flirt. The kinky cartoons are explicit and varied enough for users to really, ahem, experiment with.

There’s handcuffs, a banana hammock, a guy on the top bunk and a guy on the bottom bunk, and even a pierced eggplant! And if you aren’t confident those will get your message across, there’s an emoji of a ball-gagged and blindfolded man. “Almost 20 percent of all Grindr messages use emojis,” creative director of Grindr told the New York Times. “There’s this shift going on culturally and we need to follow the users where they’re taking us,” he said. Grindr, instead of a high-five, you get a giant hand slapping an ass!

Feel like getting naughty yourself? Well, we say: peach with a telephone emoji!
