YouPorn Launches New App

The adult website is launching their own app that it says will bring quicker load times, more privacy, and all the YouPorn content you want on your phone. YouPorn said, “Not only will users gain quicker and more convenient access, but most importantly are given an even more secure and private way to explore content using open technologies without needing platform specific app marketplaces or cumbersome side-loading certificates which could make one’s devices less secure.”

According to the site, the app will provide 50 percent quicker loading times and the same content on the YouPorn site itself, ensuring you can get down to your… ahem, usual business. New Sex Toy’s Major Tech Award Revoked By Sexist Conference

CES, the annual conference showcasing the cutting-edge in consumer tech, is being called out for blatant sexism after an impressive sex toy had its award revoked for being “immoral, obscene, indecent, profane or not in keeping with CTA’s image.” The sex toy called Osé is a hands-free, adaptable device that uses “advanced micro-robotics” to create “all of the sensations of a human mouth, tongue, and fingers.” Osé was selected as a CES 2019 Innovation Awards Honoree in the Robotics and Drone category—before administrators from the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), the organization that puts on CES, rescinded the sex toy’s award.

Besides being “immoral,” CTA president claimed that Osé just wasn’t eligible for the “Robotics and Drone” category. “Seriously? Our product that was designed in partnership with a top university robotics engineering laboratory (Oregon State University has ranked the #4 ranked Robotics Lab in the US)” the team wrote in a blog post detailing the incident. “Osé clearly fits the Robotics and Drone category – and CTA’s own expert judges agree.” What better way to advance science and technology than through a sex toy?

Male Birth Control Gel Could Replace Condoms

It seems rubbers could be replaced by gel in the near future. The National Institutes of Health is funding an experimental study to evaluate the effectiveness of a gel that could be used as a male contraceptive, replacing condoms and vasectomies. The gel, called NES/T, includes progestin and testosterone, and is applied to the back and shoulders and absorbed through the skin.

The progestin blocks natural testosterone production in the testes, reducing sperm production to low or nonexistent levels, officials said. The replacement testosterone maintains normal sex drive and other functions that are dependent on adequate blood levels of the hormone, according to medical experts. “A safe, highly effective and reversible method of male contraception would fill an important public health need.” The future is now!
