New Study Reveals Top 20 US Cities For Cheating

It seems that after a year stuck in lockdown, people are itching to get outside of their house—and their marriage—for some action. Infamous dating site Ashley Madison has revealed the top 20 US cities for cheaters to find a hot fling. The state-by-state infidelity breakdown, published in the Journal of Sex Research, was based on the number of sign-ups to the dating service during the pandemic.

Last year, the company saw a spike in the number of sign-ups between March 1 and April 25, with up to 17,000-plus new accounts created in a single day. Miami took the top spot, with Atlanta and Oklahoma City—and the aptly nicknamed Sin City—also landing on top of the “Summer of Sex Index.” Meanwhile, cities such as Boise, Idaho and Tucson, Arizona made their debuts just in time for what’s alternately been dubbed “Hot Vax Summer,” “Slutty Summer” or “The Whoring ’20s.”

Four Hours Of Exercise A Week Boosts Women’s Sex Lives, Study Says

Four hours of exercise a week can work wonders for a woman’s sex life, research shows. Scientists found it boosted arousal and increased the chances of orgasm. Regular physical activity is known to reduce the risk of erection problems in men, so Italian researchers wanted to see if there were similar effects in women, recruiting 322 women mostly in their mid-forties for the study.

The women were asked about their sex drive and how much they exercised, and had ultrasound scans to measure blood flow to the clitoris. The results, published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine, showed those doing less than one hour a week of activity had high levels of sexual dysfunction—and those doing more than six hours a week had even worse sex lives. Those averaging four to six hours weekly—or 35 to 50 minutes a day—had the best chance of being sexually fulfilled.

Explicit Sex Guide Airs On Norwegian Public Television

An explicit sex guide released by Norwegian public television left viewers with tongues wagging. Public broadcaster NRK offered a guide of no less than 60 different sex positions, with imaginative names including “the squeezing koala” and “spaghetti.” The guide includes XXX photos of real life couples, both straight and gay, demonstrating various sexual positions completely in the nude.

The network said, “During the preparation, we contacted over 20 experts – sexologists, psychologists and therapists.” They continued that support has been “overwhelmingly positive” and 850,000 users viewed the online guide within the first five days of it being released. The guide also includes practical positions for people who suffer from a certain condition such as back pain, or for those who are pregnant—we think this sex guide is definitely a public service.

Half Of Adults In UK Watched Porn During Pandemic, Study Says

It seems adults in the UK found fun ways to occupy themselves during the pandemic. Half of the adult population in the UK watched online porn during the pandemic, according to a recent study by a media regulator. The study found that 26 million individuals viewed adult material in September 2020.

By far the most popular site was Pornhub, which was visited by 15 million people—50% of men, and 16% of women. The figures rose substantially among younger age groups, with a third of young women and three-quarters of young men visiting Pornhub. The study also quoted Pornhub’s own claims that the average UK visitor spent 10 minutes and 20 seconds on the site—those naughty Brits!

Lesbians Candidly Answer Questions About Their Sex Lives

Nine Australian women who identify as lesbians answered a range of questions about their sex lives on ABC’s “You Can’t Ask That.” They were asked questions like, “did you try dick?,” and “how does sex work?” One woman, who was married to a man for 30 years, said that after she admitted her sexuality to herself, the first time she had sex with a woman “my whole body reacted.”

Another woman who is a self-professed “butch” lesbian has never slept with a man, but says she has a “nice looking dick” at home. When they were asked “how does sex work?” almost all the participants on the program agreed that “scissoring” was a “good time” and indulged with sex toys. A lesbian said she has a strap-on and buys a new one every time she has a new partner, “out of respect.”

Dr. Ruth Says 90-Year-Olds Should Still Have Sex

Renowned sex therapist, 93-year-old Dr. Ruth Westheimer, has advice for her peers: keeping having sex. But there’s a caveat—the sex has to be good. She says, “If they have a good partner, they should have sex. If you don’t have a partner, they should satisfy themselves. Period. There is no age limit.”

Dr. Ruth went into sex therapy many decades ago to help “strengthen family life.” She said growing up as a Jewish person, “sex was never a sin, but an obligation—for a husband to satisfy his wife—period.  I realized I did not know enough and I just wanted people to know about contraception and STDs.” Speaking of her own “good” marriage, she said her husband was very supportive of her career: “He went with me to NBC every Sunday night for 10 years when I did my ‘Sexually Speaking’ program,” she said.

The Top Masturbation Question People Had During The Pandemic

During the lonely months of the pandemic, people had one thing on their minds: masturbation. In particular, people Googled one main question. It seems between March 2020 and May 2021 people around the world were Googling to find out if masturbation had any impact on their immune systems.

The top masturbation-related query on Google since March 2020 (both in the U.S. and worldwide) was “masturbation affect immunity.” One doctor attempted to answer the burning question: “You can’t say, ‘Oh my gosh, masturbation every day will prevent COVID.’ That’s definitely not going to happen,” she explained. “But you can say ‘It’s certainly not going to create harm.'” While masturbation might not make you immune to COVID-19, the doctor noted that masturbating and having orgasms provide a slew of other mental and physical benefits for both men and women.

How To Have Safe Shower Sex

Shower sex can be very hot—just as long as you don’t slip and fall. Porn star and marketing director for an adult film company Jiz Lee has some sage advice, first of which is simply to use a bath mat: it will make shower sex less slippery and add some cushion to your knees for giving head. You can also opt out of standing and use a bench or stool: “Benches or shower chairs can also be used to prop a leg up, or to lean on if you’re bent over,” they said.

Lee cautioned people against standing on the ledge of the bathtub, or holding onto the curtain rod. Also, whenever you adjust positions, take a second to make sure you feel steady and stable—not just to avoid potential injury, but also because it’s much harder to have good sex if you’re worried about falling. Lastly, Lee encouraged people to “lean into the entire sensory experience of having sex not only with yourself, or your partners, but with the water”—if you have a removable shower head, you can experiment with hydro stimulation.

Ex-Member Of Charles Manson’s Cult Reveals He Lured Her With Mind-Blowing Sex

A former Manson cult member opened up about Manson’s powerful, sexual hold over her. The retired social worker said in an interview recently that Manson was an incredible lover, which was part of his allure. “He was amazing,” she said.

She added, “He was so tender, he would bring you just to the point of orgasm and then he would bring you back. Like a Kama Sutra kind of thing, you know, just bring you up, and bring you up, and bring you back.” When she saw the cult leader for the first time, he was walking out of a trailer naked with one of his lovers. The first time he seduced her, they had an orgy with a couple who were having sex above them in her van—later that night, she agreed to give Manson her van and the $14,000 she had in a trust fund account.

Middle-Aged Women Who Sleep Poorly Have Lower Sex Drive, Study Finds

Getting a good night’s sleep is vital for the sex lives of middle-aged women, according to a study. Researchers found women who had regularly struggled to fall asleep or woke up often were 50 percent more likely to have a lower libido. This could be because being exhausted releases more stress hormones, which suppress sexual desire.

The study was done by Mayo Clinic researchers, who questioned 3,200 women about their sleep and sex habits. Results showed women who had poor sleep quality were 48 percent more likely to have significant sexual problems. The director of the Mayo Clinic’s center for women’s health said the results pointed to the necessity of a good night’s sleep: “If you put a platter of sleep and a platter of sex in front of a tired woman, she’s going to pick the sleep every time,” she said.
