Mahershala Ali Refused To Do A Sex Scene Because Of His Religious Beliefs

Academy award and Oscar winner Mahershala Ali recently opened up about doing sex scenes as a devout Muslim. He shared a story about refusing to do a sex scene in the film The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. “So my old agent called me and said, ‘Mahershala, you got the part.’ And I said, ‘There’s just one thing: There is that one sex scene where they kiss. If there’s a sex scene, I can’t do it.’ ”

“I don’t do simulated sex,” he reportedly told his agent, since it would conflict with his faith. Luckily, movie director David Fincher agreed to a tame romantic scene between Mahershala and Taraji P. Henson. “Taraji and I begin to kiss, and we fall out of the frame. It wasn’t clear if [Fincher] was trying to have, like, some bumping and grinding, which I doubt he was,” he said. “But for me even at that time, 15 years ago, I was still like, ‘OK, I can only go up to this point,’ just because of — just trying to hold a space of respect for my religion.”

New Series Features Trans Sex Worker Who Became A Spanish Star

Veneno is a new series on HBOMax based on real events of a trans sex worker who became a Spanish media sensation. The show follows the lives of Cristina La Veneno Ortiz Rodriguez and a young journalism student, who would go on to co-write the memoir that serves as the basis for the series, Not a Whore, Not a Saint: The Memories of la Veneno. In the ‘90s, Veneno was a trans sex worker with infamously huge tits—until she is discovered by a TV reporter for a late-night show called Esta Noche Cruzamos El Mississippi.

The reporter sees Veneno as someone who can bring shock value to the show, but Veneno and her friends know that she is a star in the making. Unfortunately, the Spanish media chewed her up and spit her out, which the show uncovers throughout the eight episode series.

Porn Theme Park Opens In Tokyo With Porn Stars Serving Guests

An adult film company in Japan has opened a five-story “adults only” theme park in the heart of Tokyo’s red light district, with various attractions staffed by professional porn stars. The company has dubbed the porn star-staffed theme attraction in Japan an “amusement park for adults,” and each floor of the park has a different theme. One floor is advertised as a “Newcomer Adult Film Actress Floor,” where visitors are served by new and upcoming porn stars.

Another floor lets guests talk and mingle with more well-known adult film stars. There’s also an area called the Kakubutsu Salon that offers “erotic massages” and other “entertainment services of a risqué nature.” The XXX company previously opened an adult video virtual reality location in Tokyo before opening the porn theme park.

Playgirl Sold Out Of Its First Relaunched Issue

Playgirl is back and better than ever. The mag returned to newsstands this month and like the original that debuted in 1973, it quickly sold out. Playgirl is still doing nude male pics, of course, but are also updating to capture the enlightened feminist appeal of the mags early years, which included writers like Maya Angelou, Gloria Steinem and Joyce Carol Oates.

For the debut issue, a nude and very pregnant Chloë Sevigny graces the cover. The new Playgirl debuted with fewer than 10,000 copies in major US cities and London before selling out and going back to press—by contrast the original Playgirl at its peak in the mid-to-late 70s had been selling 1.5 million copies. Playgirl says their mission is “looking at female power in a different way. It’s the idea of entertainment for women with a broad lens, looking at sex, gender, politics, culture, art, literature, relationships–looking at all the things that make life fun.”

Vegans Have Twice As Much Sex As Meat Eaters, Study Says

It turns out blondes aren’t the only ones who have more fun. According to a new study, vegans have twice as much sex as meat eaters and are more willing to experiment in the bedroom. A dating website found over half of the vegans surveyed claimed they have sex four times a week, while only half of meat-eaters reported having sex twice in the same time period.

The research also found two thirds of vegans experimented in the bedroom, while over half of the meat-eaters surveyed admitted they were less adventurous. The survey also suggested that vegans have a better time in the bedroom with 84 percent saying they’re satisfied with their sex life compared with 59 percent of those with a meat-based diet. A spokesperson for the study said: “Vegans are masters of seduction it would appear. Our statistics don’t lie and vegans eat foods known for their aphrodisiac qualities such as ginseng and aniseed.”

After the botched event with Rudy Giuliani, the owner of Fantasy Island Adult Books says he doesn’t know if they’ll ever “trend like this again.” He never could have afforded the advertising his business has received since the press conference.

Giuliani and the Trump campaign staged their event at the Four Seasons Landscaping company, mistakenly thinking it would be held at the Four Seasons hotel. The sex shop owner says both Democrats and Republicans who attended the press conference visited his store after. “What are the odds, you know? Donald Trump starts out playing around with Stormy Daniels and, next thing you know, one of his final hurrahs is going to be down the street from an adult bookstore that’s been there for 40 years,” he said. “You can’t write this stuff.”

Pornhub Launches First-Ever Sex Education Video Series

Pornhub is finally putting its money where it’s mouth is by taking action to provide proper sex education. Mainstream porn is not sex education—it’s a fantasy factory with the sole purpose of turning a profit. Unfortunately, there are many problems with people mistaking what they see in adult entertainment as real-life sex.

That’s why Pornhub is attempting to bridge the gap between porn and actual sex ed with their first-ever sex education video series. The series launched via Pornhub’s Sexual Wellness Center, where the porn site includes videos covering a range of topics, from communication to preparing for sex to STIs. All of the series’s first 11 videos are narrated by licensed sex therapists and PhDs; they also show real anatomy and human examples to provide accuracy and dispel sex myths, according to Pornhub’s press release.

Pornhub Releases 2020 Election Day Insights

This Election Day was filled with stressful twists and turns—so of course people took the time to watch porn. As the votes were trickling in, Pornhub released their 2020 Election Day Insights. Pornhub compared overall traffic levels on Election Day to an average day on the site and found traffic took a significant dip (11 percent) during prime time.

It seems by about 1 a.m. people gave up on deciding who won and decided to masturbate instead. Traffic in Democrat-run states spiked higher in the morning on Election Day, up 18 percent around 6 a.m., while Republican-run states spiked in the wee hours of the following day, up 16 percent at 3 a.m. Wednesday. Pornhub even looked at swing states: Wisconsin had the biggest spike the morning of Election Day (up 22 percent), but it trailed behind Arizona the morning after the election—with Arizona up 31 percent and Wisconsin up just 23 percent.

Some are calling Pornhub’s new voting rule an “erection interference.” The porn mega site is allowing only those who have voted in this year’s presidential election to enter the X-rated website on Election Day 2020.
